Susan Sarandon pulls Geena Davis in for a kiss at the screening of their iconic movie, Thelma & Louise!

The two stars of the movie stepped out for the event on Friday (June 18) in partnership with Cinespia’s Drive In at The Greek in Los Angeles, and even wore matching shirts to the screening.

The screening was held in honor of the movie’s 30th anniversary and a portion of the drive-in event proceeds will benefit the LA Regional Food Bank and The Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media.

If you’re unfamiliar, Thelma & Louise follows the accidental titular outlaws on a desperate flight across the Southwest. With a determined detective on their trail, a sweet-talking hitchhiker in their path and a string of crimes in their wake, their journey alternates between high-speed thrill ride and empowering personal odyssey.

Susan and Geena reunited last year in celebration of the movie, too.

Geena Davis looks elegant in her black gown on the red carpet at the 2020 Academy Awards on Sunday (February 9) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

Last year, the 64-year-old actress was honored with the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award during The Academy’s Governors Awards ceremonies for an individual’s “outstanding contributions to humanitarian causes”.

Geena won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar in 1989 for The Accidental Tourist.

She’ll be a presenter during tonight’s ceremony.

Billie Lourd shows off the pleated skirt of her pretty dress while arriving at the Casting Society Of America’s Artios Awards on Thursday night (January 30) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 27-year-old actress walked the red carpet along with Jake McDorman, Linda Cardinelli, Danielle Macdonald, Geena Davis, Thora Birch, and Megalyn Echikunwoke.

This is Us stars Asante Blackk, Michael Angarano, Faithe Herman, Lyric Ross, and Eris Baker were also at the event with Superstore‘s Lauren Ash.

The cast of Marvelous Mrs. Maisel celebrated their win at the awards at the New York ceremony.

Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis step out for a special screening of their iconic movie, Thelma & Louise, during the Women in Motion event at Museum of Modern Art on Tuesday night (January 28) in New York City.

The two stars were joined by many others in celebrating the film, which debuted in 1991, almost 30 years ago.

Speaking with Vanity Fair for the 25th anniversary of the film, Geena opened up about always being asked if there would be a sequel to the movie.

“People ask me, ‘Is there going to be a sequel?’ And I’m like, ‘What the heck do you think happened to them?!‘” she shared, referencing the ending of the movie, where they drove off a cliff.

Susan and Geena most recently reunited at the 2018 SAG Awards.

Geena Davis looks stunning while accepting her award at the 2019 Governors Awards on Sunday night (October 27) at the Ray Dolby Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood.

The 63-year-old actress, who previously won the Best Supporting Actress award for her work in The Accidental Tourist, received the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award. The award is given “to an individual in the motion picture arts and sciences whose humanitarian efforts have brought credit to the industry.”

Honorary Oscars were presented to The Last of the Mohicans actor Wes Studi, filmmaker David Lynch, and writer and director Lina Wertmüller. Honorar Awards are given “to honor extraordinary distinction in lifetime achievement, exceptional contributions to the state of motion picture arts and sciences, or for outstanding service to the Academy.”

Fans were in for a huge surprise during the latest Beetlejuice show!

After the matinee performance of the new Broadway musical on Saturday (September 21) at the Winter Garden Theater in New York City, star Alex Brightman announced that Geena Davis was in the audience.

“It is my absolute honor to bring to the stage a wonderful actress and activist..you’ve seen her in Thelma and Louise, A League of Their Own and a little cult phenomenon called Beetlejuice…Ladies and gentlemen, the original Barbara Maitland…Geena Davis!” Alex said as the 63-year-old actress took the stage.

Geena starred in the 1988 film of the same name directed by Tim Burton.
