Meghan Markle is making her first public appearance since going to Pippa Middleton‘s wedding last month as her boyfriend Prince Harry‘s date!

The 35-year-old actress joined her Suits co-stars Gina Torres, Patrick J. Adams, Sarah Rafferty, Rick Hoffman, and Gabriel Macht at the ATX Television Festival on Sunday (June 11) in Austin, Tex. The cast did a live reading of the pilot of the show as they approach their 100th episode.

At the event, Meghan described how the whole cast became so much closer over the years.

“We were in a group email the other day and I was saying we’d all lived in the same corporate housing so on top of working together we were living together which makes a whole different dynamic, I think. We just became this whole family right out the gate,” Meghan said.

Suits returns for Season 7 on Wednesday, July 12 at 9/8c.

Gina Torres may be reprising her role as power-lawyer Jessica Pearson.

According to TVLine.com, the USA Network is eyeing a spinoff series based on her character from Suits, who was written off the show earlier this past season.

“The Suits team is currently focused on the remaining episodes of Season 6 and what’s next for the characters when they return in Season 7,” the network told the site, not confirming or denying the rumors.

The last we saw of Jessica, she left the firm for Chicago to start a life with her ex Jeff Malone (D.B. Woodside).

“I don’t believe for one second it’s the last we’ll see of Jessica Pearson. Not. For. One. Second. And don’t you either,” Gina said last fall.

The show begins immediately following the events of the shocking cliffhanger that left Mike (Patrick J. Adams) behind bars.

After signing a plea deal to spare his colleagues at Pearson Specter Litt, Mike will be confronted with the harsh realities of prison life as he starts his two-year sentence.

Meanwhile, the once bustling Pearson Specter Litt offices are a ghost town – the partners have defected, leaving Harvey (Gabriel Macht), Jessica (Gina Torres), Louis (Rick Hoffman), Donna (Sarah Rafferty) and Rachel (Meghan Markle) to pick up the pieces.

But the firm’s troubles are far from over and they will have to deal with the fallout from Mike’s crime before they can even begin to rebuild.

Suits premieres on Wednesday, July 13 @ 9/8c on USA Network.

Pearson Specter Litt is back in business tonight for the season five premiere of Suits!

JustJared.com recently caught up with the cast on set in Toronto where they opened up about all the different relationships on the show

Harvey (Gabriel Macht) is of course dealing with the aftermath of Donna (Sarah Rafferty) leaving him to work for Louis (Rick Hoffman), and Harvey surprisingly seeks outside help.

“I imagine she’d be thrilled to find out he’s in therapy,” Sarah told us. “Gobsmacked and thrilled. She is a strong woman, but he’s her kryptonite in a lot of ways.”

Gabriel was happy to navigate those new waters. “It shifts the dynamic for season five and it gives us more space to figure out what that really means,” he said. “It allows for Louis and Donna to work together and it allows Harvey to explore this bigger picture thing, which is where we’re starting this season, as far as his abandonment issues.”

He added, “Harvey is very cut-and-dry, says it like it is…and he uses his confidence to cover what’s really going on inside of him. To see that character go through something that doesn’t make him look like a superhero, I think is awesome. I think it’s great to see the coolest guy on television break.”

Meanwhile, Mike (Patrick J. Adams) and Rachel (Meghan Markle) are newly engaged, and Jessica (Gina Torres) is – as always – just trying to keep the firm intact, especially since there’s a new guy stirring up some trouble.
