Meryl Streep and Gary Oldman are celebrating their new film!

The co-stars posed on the red carpet at the premiere of The Laundromat on Sunday evening (September 1) at the 2019 Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy.

Producer Jake Bernstein and director Steven Soderbergh joined the stars at the premiere. Gary was accompanied by his wife, Gisele Schmidt.

The upcoming dark comedy is an adaptation of Jake Bernstein’s non-fiction book Secrecy World. The film follows a widow who investigates an insurance fraud. When she begins asking questions, she finds that the problem is much bigger than she’d anticipated and is led to Panama City law partners who are exploiting the world’s financial system.

Timothee Chalamet flashes a smirk on the red carpet as he arrives at the 2019 Palm Springs International Film Festival on Thursday night (January 3) in Palm Springs, Calif.

The 23-year-old actor kept things cool in a gray suit as he was joined at the event by Gary Oldman and his wife Gisele Schmidt.

During the event tonight, Timothee is being honored with the Spotlight Actor Award for his role in Beautiful Boy.

Last year, Gary was honored at the event with the Desert Palm Achievement Award for his role in Darkest Hour.

Adam Driver looks so handsome in a navy tux and sunglasses as he arrives at the screening of his new movie The Man Who Killed Don Quixote on Saturday (May 19) at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.

The 34-year-old Star Wars actor was joined at the screening by his co-stars Stellan Skarsgard and Olga Kurylenko held during the 2018 Cannes Film Festival.

Later that night, stars including Adrien Brody, Laura Harrier, Gary Oldman and wife Gisele Schmidt, Coco King, and Benicio del Toro stepped out for the closing ceremony of the film festival.

The 49-year-old actress, who serves as Jury president this year, was joined on the red carpet by Gary Oldman and his wife Gisele Schmidt.

Gary Oldman was joined by his wife Gisele Schmidt while hitting the carpet at the 2018 Met Gala!

The 60-year-old actor stepped out at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday evening (May 7) in New York City.

While on the carpet, Gary opened up about what could be Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour‘s last Met Gala.

“All great things must come to an end,” Gary said, calling her stewardship “an incredible run.”

This year’s Costume Institute Gala Benefit celebrates the opening of the Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination exhibition and is hosted by Rihanna, Amal Clooney, fashion designer Donatella Versace, and Anna Wintour.

FYI: Gary is wearing a Prada suit.

Gary Oldman looks sharp on the red carpet at the 2018 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood.

Gary is nominated for Best Actor for his performance of Winston Churchill in Darkest Hour. Darkest Hour is nominated for Best Picture, Best Cinematography, Best Production Design, Best Makeup and Hairstyling and Best Costume Design.

At the event, Gary revealed he almost didn’t take on his Oscar-nominated role of Winston Churchill in The Darkest Hour!

Gary shared with Page Six that he nearly turned down the role because Churchill had been played so many times before, but after learning more about the former Prime Minister, he decided to take the role.

“What interested me was to show a side of him that was dynamic and energetic and funny — he wasn’t the curmudgeon we all assumed he was,” Gary said. “You imagine him to be grumpy all the time, and I am sure he sometimes was, but other times he looked like a baby. There was this boyish sweetness to him.”
