Melissa Benoist & Chris Wood Celebrate Supergirl's 100th Episode!

Melissa Benoist and Chris Wood share a happy look with each other at the Supergirl 100th Episode Celebration held at Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel on Saturday night (December 14) in Vancouver, Canada.

The cute couple were joined by their Supergirl co-stars Chyler Leigh, David Harewood, Katie McGrath, Jesse Rath, Nicole Maines, Julie Gonzalo, Andrea Brooks, Staz Nair, Elizabeth Tulloch, and Azie Tesfai.

Also in attendance were Executive Producer Greg Berlanti, President of Warner Bros Television Peter Roth, and CW Network President Mark Pedowitz.

Supergirl‘s 100th episode will be season five’s upcoming 13th episode, which is set to air in February 2020.

Greg Berlanti & Ava DuVernay Are the Patron of the Artists Award Recipients This Year!

Greg Berlanti and Ava DuVernay were recipients of the top honor of the night at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation’s 2019 Patron of the Artists Awards on Thursday (November 7) at the Wallis Annenberg Center of the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, Calif.

They were both presented with the Patron of the Artists Award.

Greg, who is a television producer, showrunner, and director, received his award from legendary producer and writer Norman Lear.

Ava, who is an award-winning writer and director, received her award from actor David Oyelowo, who starred in her movie Selma.

Hank Azaria opened the event with a speech and there were musical performances from Harriet‘s Cynthia Erivo, This Is UsChrissy Metz, former The Voice contestant Wé McDonald, and Grmamy winner Patti Austin.

Chrissy, who stars in the movie Breakthrough, performed a song written for the film by Diane Warren, who joined her at the event.

'The Red Line' Canceled After One Season on CBS

The Red Line is ending after just one season.

CBS made the announcement about its limited series on Friday (June 7), Deadline reports.

The series, produced by Greg Berlanti and Ava DuVernay, followed three Chicago families as they journeyed toward hope and healing after an unarmed African American doctor is shot by a white cop.

It starred Noah Wyle, Aliyah Royale, Emayatzy Corinealdi, Noel Fisher, Howard Charles, Michael Patrick Thornton, Vinny Chhibber, and Elizabeth Laidlaw.

The eight-episode first season of The Red line wrapped on May 19.

Greg Berlanti & Husband Robbie Rogers Welcome Second Child!

Greg Berlanti and Robbie Rogers are parents again!

The 46-year-old Arrowverse co-creator and the 32-year-old TV producer and former soccer player made the exciting announcement on Instagram on Wednesday (May 15).

“Welcome to the world Mia Barbara Rogers-Berlanti. 5/13/19. Our hearts and our family have grown even larger. @robbierogers has already mastered two child multitasking, big brother Caleb is being just sweet enough & I’m as thankful and in awe as ever. The “Barbara” is for my amazing Mom, who though she’s not here to share in this moment, will be watching over her granddaughter Mia forever— and laughing as Robbie and I figure out the parenting skills she mastered so perfectly. ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” wrote Greg.

The two were married in December of 2017 and also share a 2-year-old son, Caleb, via surrogate. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Nick Robinson's 'Love, Simon' Wins Outstanding Film at GLAAD Media Awards!

Nick Robinson and Josh Duhamel walk the carpet at the 2019 GLAAD Media Awards on Thursday (March 28) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The guys were joined at the event by Love, Simon co-stars Alexandra Shipp, Keiynan Lonsdale, Clark Moore, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., Natasha Rothwell, as well as director Greg Berlanti with husband Robbie Rogers.

The movie won the award for Outstanding Film – Wide Release, beating out Blockers, Crazy Rich Asians, Deadpool 2, and The Girl in the Spider’s Web.

'Arrow' Will End With Season 8 on The CW

Arrow is coming to an end.

The CW’s longest-running DC Comics series – which premiered in 2012 – will wrap up with season eight, Variety reports.

“This was a difficult decision to come to, but like every hard decision we’ve made for the past seven years, it was with the best interests of Arrow in mind,” series executive producers Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Beth Schwartz said in a statement. “We’re heartened by the fact that Arrow has birthed an entire universe of shows that will continue on for many years to come. We’re excited about crafting a conclusion that honors the show, its characters and its legacy and are grateful to all the writers, producers, actors, and — more importantly — the incredible crew that has sustained us and the show for over seven years.”

Star Stephen Amell tweeted, “Playing Oliver Queen has been the greatest professional experience of my life… but you can’t be a vigilante forever…There’s so much to say… for now I just want to say thank you.”

Other “Arrowverse” shows include The Flash, Supergirl, and Legends of Tomorrow. The CW also has a Batwoman pilot in the works, starring Ruby Rose.

Arrow also stars David Ramsey, Emily Bett Rickards, Echo Kellum, Katie Cassidy, Rick Gonzalez, Juliana Harkavy, Colton Haynes, Kirk Acevedo, and Sea Shimooka.

Ben McKenzie and Morena Baccarin were a cute couple at the 2018 International Emmy Awards!

The duo hit the red carpet at the annual award ceremony on Monday (November 19) at the
New York Hilton in New York City.

They were also joined at the event by Sullivan Stapleton, Dana Delaney, Greg Berlanti, Violett Beane, Tony Shalhoub, Connie Nielsen and Erich Bergen.

During the show, Sullivan presented the coveted International Emmy Founders Award to Greg for his creative contributions to the quality of global television production.
