Hayden Panettiere‘s ex-boyfriend is going to jail.

On Tuesday (April 20), Brian Hickerson was sentenced to 45 days in county jail after multiple domestic violence allegations involving the 31-year-old Nashville actress, E! News reports.

Brian pleaded no contest to two felony counts injuring a spouse/cohabitant/girlfriend/child’s parent, a spokesperson for the L.A. District Attorney’s Office shared.

Along with the jail time, he was also sentenced to four years of formal probation, must attend 52 domestic violence classes, and must pay a $500 fee. Brian has also received a five-year restraining order.

Brian must surrender himself to the jail by May 7.

Brian‘s sentencing comes after he was arrested and charged with eight counts of felony domestic violence and assault back in July 2020.

Brian was previously arrested for allegedly punching Hayden in the face in February 2020. In 2019, Brian was charged with felony domestic violence after an altercation with Hayden. That case ended up being dismissed.

A source is speaking out with a positive update on Hayden Panettiere.

As People reports, the 31-year-old Nashville actress has been going through a “turbulent few years” and she has been working on making a change in her life during the past year.

For those who don’t remember, Hayden was involved in an abusive relationship with ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson, who was arrested and charged with felony assault back in July 2020.

We’re so happy to report that things are looking up for Hayden and that she’s excited about what’s to come in the future.

“Hayden is in a wonderful headspace. Things are so much better and she’s really excited about her future. She’s got a few projects in the works,” the source told People. “And she’s spending time with her daughter. She has an amazing relationship with Wlad. Things are going really well.”

Hayden is the mother of a six-year-old daughter named Kaya with ex-fiance Wladimir Klitschko, who she publicly wished a happy birthday earlier this week.

The 31-year-old Bring It On: All of Nothing actress took to her Instagram on Wednesday (December 9) to share a sweet message in honor of her daughter Kaya‘s 6th birthday.

“6 years ago today, I met the most amazing (not so little anymore) creature. Can’t believe my baby girl is getting so big! Thanks for the beautiful cake Yana! #HappyBirthdayKaya #blessed @klitschko @dandycoutureflowers” Hayden wrote along with the below pic of Kaya‘s cake.

Hayden and former fiance Wladimir Klitschko started dating in 2009, but split in 2011. They later reconciled and got engaged in 2013 before welcoming Kaya in 2014.

Hayden and the 44-year-old former boxer ended their engagement in 2018, but have stayed close as they co-parent Kaya.

Hayden Panettiere recently made a rare public appearance while at a dermatologist appointment back in October.

Later that day, Hayden took to Instagram to share a selfie to reveal that she had just voted.

“I voted, did you?? I hope everyone gets out there and makes sure they’re heard! #VOTE” Hayden captioned the below pic.

David Arquette is hoping that Hayden Panettiere returns for the upcoming Scream 5.

The 48-year-old actor opened up in a new interview about the possibility of seeing Hayden reboot her role as Kirby Reed in the movie.

“I love Hayden,” David shared with HollywoodLife. “I think she’s a tremendous person and actress, and I’d love to see her back.”

If you recall, Hayden‘s Kirby was last seen in the film series as she was bleeding out after being stabbed by Charlie. However, Kirby’s body was never found, so she could very well be alive and kicking.

Hayden Panettiere‘s ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson has been charged with felony assault.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that he was arrested on Thursday (July 16) and charged with corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant, and remains in custody held on a $320,000 bail, via People.

“Brian Hickerson was charged last night in an 8-count felony complaint alleging domestic violence and assault. Hayden reported to the Teton County Sheriff in Wyoming, the LAPD and the Santa Monica PD with multiple serious instances of extreme domestic violence perpetuated by [Hickerson] against Hayden during their year-and-a-half relationship.”

Hayden issued a statement on Friday (July 17).

“I am coming forward with the truth about what happened to me with the hope that my story will empower others in abusive relationships to get the help they need and deserve. I am prepared to do my part to make sure this man never hurts anyone again. I’m grateful for my support system, which helped me find the courage to regain my voice and my life.”

Her lawyer, Alan Jackson, also issued a statement: ““After suffering for years as the victim of psychological, emotional and severe physical abuse, Hayden Panettiere has begun the process of taking back her life. Hayden has found the strength and courage to share the truth about her abuse and her abuser, and she intends to assist the prosecution to see that justice is served. As a survivor, she recognizes that her arduous journey of healing has just begun.”

Hayden Panettiere has obtained a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson.

The 30-year-old Nashville actress filed to register an out-of-state restraining order she recently obtained one against her ex-boyfriend, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

Hayden is asking the court to enforce the terms of the protective order in Los Angeles, where she is currently living.

Hayden reportedly broke up with Brian last month after dating for less than two years. Back on Valentine’s Day, Brian was arrested in Wyoming after allegedly punching Hayden in the face.

The incident wasn’t the first time Brian was arrested for domestic violence against Hayden. Back in 2019, Brian was charged with felony domestic violence after reportedly getting into a physical fight with Hayden.

The charges were dropped after Hayden reportedly refused to cooperate with the prosecution.

As of right now, the reason behind Hayden filing for the restraining order is unknown.
