Some shows get canceled after a few seasons. Some only last for a few weeks. And then, there are those that get yanked from broadcast after a single night’s airing.

In this golden era of television, there are dozens and dozens of critically hailed TV programs to choose from to suit your personal taste. But even when TV’s at it’s best, that doesn’t mean there have been some serious missteps along the way.

Whether the show didn’t land with audiences, or a scandal or tragedy resulted in an unexpected immediate withdrawal from the broadcasting schedule, we’ve rounded up the television shows that got pulled from air after just one episode. While some shows did eventually air the remainder of the episodes in the can, all of these shows were scrapped from the get-go for various reasons.

Heather Graham and Jodi Balfour are sharing their upcoming film The Rest of Us to the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival!

The co-stars hit the red carpet at the event on Friday (September 6) at Winter Garden Theatre in Toronto, Canada.

They were also joined by the rest of the cast including Katie Bird Nolan, Jean-Marc Vallee, Lindsay Tapscott, Damon D’Oliveira, Abigail Pniowsky, Sophie Neliss and director Aisling Chin-Yee.

The Rest of Us follows two mother-daughter duos as they deal with grief and their complicated relationships when the person who connects them dies.

Regina King is all smiles as she arrives at the 2019 Dreamer Dinner Benefit on Sunday night (March 31) at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles.

The 48-year-old Oscar winning actress sported a chic black suit as she stepped out for the dinner hosted by the I Have a Dream Foundation.

The I Have a Dream Foundation works to ensure that all children have the opportunity to pursue higher education, fulfill their potential, and achieve their dreams.

Half Magic just debuted their red band trailer and the timely film about the fight against sexism and bad men proves it’s a must see!

The flick, which stars Heather Graham, Angela Kinsey and Stephanie Beatriz, follows three women and their quest to quit dating men that are bad for them.

With their newly formed sisterhood, the women fight against sexism, bad relationships and low self-esteem, and go on some pretty wild adventures.

The film amrks Heather‘s directorial debut and also features Jason Lewis, Thomas Lennon and Chris D’Elia.

Half Magic is set to hit theaters on March 23rd.
