Heidi filed an emergency motion last week claiming that her ex would not permit their kids — Leni, 16, Henry, 14, Johan, 13, and Lou, 10 — to travel to Europe due to the pandemic. The couple then settled and agreed to let the kids travel to Europe while she is there for work.

In the custody agreement, it’s stated that before the children leave and upon their return to Los Angeles, Seal will be entitled to “expanded time” with the kids and can visit any time while they are in Germany, which they “shall cooperate and work together to make arrangements for.”

If the United States shuts down its borders because of coronavirus, the agreement states that she must “immediately make arrangements in an effort to return home with the children before the borders close.”

Heidi must fulfill her contractual agreement to film Season 16 of Germany’s Next Top Model in October.

A recent joke offended Heidi Klum on America’s Got Talent.

'AGT' Comedian Stands By Joke He Told That Offended Judge Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum was not impressed with comedian Usama Siddiquee‘s routine during the live show of America’s Got Talent this week.

However, the comedian is standing by the joke he made.

During his set, Usama made a joke about club music, saying that a long as there’s a good beat and a good drop, the DJ could say anything he wanted, even if it’s “women shouldn’t vote.”

“Beats are just too fun. When that beat drops, so does feminism,” he joked. “Some of you are skeptical, but I’ll prove it. Heidi, if I called you a tramp, you’d be like, ‘How dare you!’”

He argued that if there was a good beat going in between repeating the word “tramp,” she, nor others, would mind it. But she did.

“What did I think? I mean, I don’t know. I guess being called a tramp probably was my least uncomfortable part of the whole thing. But that’s just me,” Heidi said during the show in response to him. “But let’s see what America thinks!”

She added after the show that she did “think he’s a very good comedian. I just didn’t love his material so much today. It was just not for me.”

In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, Usama is standing by the joke he made.

“All love to Heidi. I mean, she’s a star, she’s worked as a judge,” he shared in a video call. “I mean, you know, comedy creates reactions in people, it’s a very powerful kind of art form where you say something and people have visceral reactions to it.”

He added, “I don’t want to apologize… I stand by the joke.”

The results show for America’s Got Talent airs tonight, August 26 at 8/7c on NBC.

Seal Thinks Heidi Klum Has A 'Hidden Agenda' In Taking Their Kids To Germany With Her, New Court Documents Reveal

Seal has broken his silence on Heidi Klum‘s comments of him blocking her from taking their children to Germany while she films Germany’s Next Top Model.

In court documents (via), the 57-year-old singer explains why he isn’t approving of the request and accuses Heidi of having a hidden agenda.

“I believe Heidi has a hidden agenda to move the children to Germany,” Seal wrote in the documents. “Notwithstanding Heidi’s request, if granted, could in effect move the children away from me and their home here in Los Angeles to Germany for what could be an indefinite period of time given the uncertainty of the impact of COVID-19 on this country’s and Germany’s travel restrictions which could change at any time and prevent the children from leaving Germany or entering the United States.”

Over the weekend, Heidi claimed that she had tried to work an arrangement out with Seal about the travel, but they hadn’t come to an agreement which is why she involved the court.

“I am well aware of all of the necessary precautions associated with the COVID-19 virus, and would never put our children at risk — I have taken all the precautions for Germany the same way I do in the United States,” Heidi wrote in her filing.

She added, “Also, as Henry [Seal] has a British passport, he would be able to visit the children while they are in Germany if he wishes to do so” and that that his “time with our children is sporadic at best.”

Seal added to his concerns that while he does not have a “regular custodial schedule with the children, I have made it a point to be as involved in the children’s lives as I can.”

“Heidi is a celebrity and a German national and I am concerned that if she is allowed to take the children to Germany, she may unilaterally decide not to return them to the United States,” he concluded.

Germany’s Next Top Model has typically filmed in Los Angeles, however, it will be moving to Europe where social distancing restrictions are easing up.

Heidi Klum Claims Ex Seal is Preventing Her From Taking Kids to Germany

Heidi Klum is asking for an emergency court hearing so that she can travel to Germany with her four children to film the next season of Next Top Model.

In her filing for the hearing, the 47-year-old America’s Got Talent judge claims that ex-husband Seal does not want their kids to travel to Europe because he is concerned about keeping them safe amid the coronavirus pandemic, People reports.

Heidi and Seal share four kids: daughters Leni, 16, and Lou, 10, along with sons Henry, 14, and Johan, 13.

Heidi is contractually obligated to film season 16 of Germany’s Next Top Model in October, and she says usually brings her kids with her. However, the 57-year-old musician “has not yet approved of this trip.”

“I am well aware of all of the necessary precautions associated with the COVID-19 virus, and would never put our children at risk — I have taken all the precautions for Germany the same way I do in the United States,” Heidi wrote in her filing.

Heidi, who shares custody with Seal, says the kids spend the majority of the time living with her and that his “time with our children is sporadic at best.”

Heidi added that she is willing to change their previously planned custody arrangement if Seal would allow the children to travel to Germany with her.

“Also, as Henry [Seal] has a British passport, he would be able to visit the children while they are in Germany if he wishes to do so,” Heidi wrote.

Heidi also claims that back in April, Seal had agreed to let the kids travel with her, but has since changed his mind.

“I tried to work this out with Henry directly to no avail,” Heidi wrote, adding that she is “desperate” and that the children have said they do not want to stay in Los Angeles with their dad. “It could not possibly be in their best interests.”

Seal has not yet responded to Heidi‘s filing.

Heidi and Seal married in 2005 and finalized their divorce in October 2014. She married musician Tom Kaulitz in February 2019.

Wrongly Convicted Man Archie Williams Stuns With 'America's Got Talent' Performance - Watch!

America’s Got Talent fans are buzzing about Archie Williams.

The singer, who stunned with his performance of “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me” during the auditions, returned to TV on Tuesday night (August 11) for the quarterfinals of the hit series.

If you didn’t know, Archie was wrongly imprisoned for over three decades. In 1983, at the age of 22, he was convicted of aggravated rape and attempted murder in Louisiana. Fingerprint evidence did not match his own, and witnesses testified that he was at his own home the night of the incident. However, he was sentenced to life in prison at Louisiana State Penitentiary without the possibility of parole.

During the performance, he sang Stevie Wonder‘s “Love’s in Need of Love Today” in front of judges Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Sofia Vergara as well as guest judge Kelly Clarkson at the Universal Studios Hollywood lot amid the pandemic.

For the first time, AGT had a virtual audience featuring audio and video of fans watching live.

“Thank you so much for that, your story is an incredible testimony, it’s powerful. I don’t want your story to overshadow [your singing]. Your tone is so cool. It was incredible to hear such a great storyteller. Those are my favorite kind of singers. You did a really great job,” Kelly said.

“You deserve this more than anyone,” Sofia said.

“I can feel all the pain you went through. It couldn’t be more perfect,” said Heidi.

Heidi Klum Responds to Allegations She Flew on Jeffrey Epstein's Private Plane

Heidi Klum is firing back at allegations that she flew on disgraced deceased Jeffrey Epstein‘s private airplane.

The allegation surfaced from court documents that were made public from a 2015 lawsuit filed by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre against his accused accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell.

When Virginia was asked which celebrities she saw on the private plane, she responded, “Naomi Campbell, Heidi Klum, Bill Clinton and Al Gore,” according to WPEC.

Heidi‘s lawyer has released a statement in her defense, telling People, “Any reference to Heidi Klum in connection with Jeffrey Epstein is totally false. Heidi Klum’s name and initials were absent from all the flight logs which were released. Many high profile people are listed, but Ms. Klum is not one of them. The explanation is simple. She has never been on any of Mr. Epstein’s planes. And that is because she did not know Mr. Epstein and was never on his island.”

Heidi herself added, “I have been watching the news and see that I have been mistakenly named as a passenger on one of Mr. Epstein’s flights. I did not know Mr. Epstein and therefore have never been on his planes, at his homes or his island. I am speaking up as I do not want to be falsely associated with Mr. Epstein and the horrific story surrounding him. I stand with the victims who have so bravely come forward and I too want the truth to come out and for justice to prevail.”

If you don’t know, Epstein was indicted on federal sex trafficking charges before he hanged himself in prison.

Heidi Klum isn’t the only celebrity who has spoken out about a lack of association with Epstein.

Simon Cowell Talks Having to Replace Heidi Klum on 'America's Got Talent' After She Got Sick

Simon Cowell is looking back on having next to no time to replace Heidi Klum on America’s Got Talent.

Halfway through Tuesday night’s (June 16) episode, host Terry Crews informed the audience that “unfortunately Heidi Klum is a little under the weather.”

The episode was filmed back in early spring shortly before the coronavirus pandemic, when Heidi fill ill on set and was dismissed from production after “experiencing fever and sore throat.”

The auditions continued with an empty seat between Sofia Vergara and Howie Mandel. In March, AGT was able to get Sofia‘s former Modern Family co-star Eric Stonestreet to temporarily fill in for Heidi.

“We didn’t have days to think about it. We had hours to think about it,” Simon shared with People about replacing Heidi.

At the time, Heidi thought she had coronavirus, and after finally getting tested, her results came back negative.

“Heidi obviously got ill and, for obvious reasons, she had to stay at home, Simon recalled. “Someone said, ‘Well, why don’t we hire Eric?’ And we said it’s a good idea because Sofia and Eric worked together and they have chemistry. He was a real trooper. He stepped in at the last moment.”
