Emilia Clarke shares a laugh with Last Christmas co-star Henry Golding while participating in a SiriusXM Town Hall for their movie on Tuesday (October 29) in New York City.

The actors were joined by co-star and the film’s co-writer Emma Thompson, as well as director Paul Feig and co-writer Greg Wise, who is married to Emma in real life.

During the panel, Emilia and Henry talked about the first time they met in person. While Henry was expecting her to be like Khaleesi from Game of Thrones, she was actually sick that day.

“When I first met Henry.. yeah I was a sniveling ball of illness cause when you’ve been doing a show for ten years, what happens when you stop is you then get shingles and fever at the same time,” Emilia said. He added, “It’s the most amazing first meeting because I am expecting the queen of dragons.”

“It’s just myself, Emilia and Paul, doing sort of a table read and I’m like ‘oh man I am really excited’ because I am a massive fan of Game of Thrones obviously, and I get there and this poor little girl is like ‘Hi, I’m Emilia‘ [laughs],” Henry added. “I love her so much more because she was human and that goes back to saying that is what we yearn for to be who we are. I saw Emilia at her kind of who she is.”

Fans think they figured out a major plot twist in the upcoming Emilia Clarke and Henry Golding movie Last Christmas.

First, fans noticed that Henry‘s character wears the same outfit the whole film, and in addition, he doesn’t speak to anyone besides for Emilia‘s character in the whole trailer.

This fan theory, tweeted out after the trailer’s release, got some attention, “henry golding doesn’t speak to anyone but emilia clarke in that trailer. he also wears the same outfit multiple times. therefore, he is a ghost, or her conscience, or her guardian angel.”

Emilia‘s character in the film also had a medical emergency in her past, and fans believe Henry‘s character might have donated his heart to her. One fan tweeted, “[The movie is] based on the song Last Christmas so all I can think is that he literally gave her his heart. Like she had a transplant and he’s definitely the ghost of her heart donor.”

Here’s the official movie synosis: Kate (Clarke) harumphs around London, a bundle of bad decisions accompanied by the jangle of bells on her shoes, another irritating consequence from her job as an elf in a year-round Christmas shop. Tom (Golding) seems too good to be true when he walks into her life and starts to see through so many of Kate’s barriers. As London transforms into the most wonderful time of the year, nothing should work for these two. But sometimes, you gotta let the snow fall where it may, you gotta listen to your heart … and you gotta have faith.

The movie hits theaters on November 8.

Henry Golding is in talks to star in upcoming G.I. Joe spinoff Snake Eyes!

The 32-year-old actor will take on the role of the ninja commando in an upcoming flick, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The popular character first appeared in the 1980s as part of Hasbro and Marvel Comics’ relaunch of the toy line, titled “G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero.”

Snake Eyes dressed in all black, never revealed his face and never spoke, standing out among G.I. Joe’s military anti-terrorist group. He was often joined by his pet wolf as he took on his archenemy is Storm Shadow, a fellow ninja who happens to be his blood brother.

The film is set to follow Snake Eyes as he seeks revenge for his father’s death by joining ninja clan.

Henry has not yet commented on the role.

Henry Golding stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday (August 13), and showed off why he was given the superlative “Sexual Healer” in high school!

The 32-year-old actor told host Jimmy that his school named him a future “sexual healer” in their yearbook because his “thing” was walking around school singing Marvin Gaye‘s “Sexual Healing.”

“I was a terrible singer, I just did it for fun,” Henry added, before Jimmy challenged him to show off his skills on the main stage.

Henry Golding also described his surreal year since Crazy Rich Asians, shared an embarrassing excerpt from his travel host audition reel and revealed what we can expect from his upcoming Emma Thompson-penned film Last Christmas.

“It’s a beautiful rom-com, set in London at the most magical time of the year,” Golding shared. “It’s one of the most tear-jerking, hilarious movies you’ll ever watch.”

The first trailer for the upcoming holiday rom-com Last Christmas, starring Emilia Clarke and Henry Golding, has arrived!

The highly anticipated movie was directed by Bridesmaids‘ Paul Feig and written by Oscar-winning writer Emma Thompson, who also stars in the film.

Last Christmas, which reunites Henry with his Crazy Rich Asians co-star Michelle Yeoh, features the music of George Michael. The film hits theaters on November 8.

The 32-year-old Crazy Rich Asians star was joined by Claire Foy, Deepika Padukone, Hannah Quinlivan and Letitia Wright as they enjoyed a drinks reception, seated lunch and afternoon tea, whilst watching the men’s finals on court.

This year marks the brand’s 14th year as Official Outfitter of The Championships, Wimbledon, outfitting all Chair Umpires, Line Umpires, Ball Persons and Grounds People.

It was recently Henry Golding announced that he has launched his own production company, called Long House Productions, according to People.

The company already has two films lined up, both action flicks: The Inheritance and Harrington’s Greatest Hits. Henry will star in Harrington’s Greatest Hits as well as produce it.
