J.K. Simmons suits up as he hits the carpet at the series premiere of his new show Counterpart held at Director’s Guild of America on Wednesday (January 10) in Los Angeles.

The 63-year-old actor was joined at the event by his co-stars Nolan Gerard Funk, Nazanin Boniadi, Sara Serraiocco, Nicholas Pinnock, Guy Burnet, Harry Lloyd, Mads Black, Junes Zahdi, Ilean Almaguer and producer Justin Britt-Gibson.

In Counterpart, J.K. plays Howard Silk, a cog of a Berlin-based United Nations spy agency. Howard is thrust into a shadow world of intrigue and danger, where the only man he can trust is “Prime”.

Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher dressed their best for the premiere of their highly anticipated movie Justice League!

The actors – who will play The Flash and Cyborg, respectively – hit the red carpet at the event held at Dolby Theatre on Monday (November 13) in Hollywood.

They were joined by their co-stars Diane Lane, J.K. Simmons, and Joe Morton.

The DC Comics film will hit theaters on November 17 and is expected to top the box office that weekend with over $100 million! (Watch the trailer here.)

A four-minute trailer for Justice League was played in Hall H at 2017 Comic-Con and now you can watch it right here!

Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, and Ray Fisher were all on hand to introduce the footage during the Warner Bros. panel on Saturday (July 22) in San Diego, Calif.

Also featured in the trailer are J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, and the introduction of the villain Steppenwolf, who is rumored to be played by Ciaran Hinds.

J.K. Simmons and Emile Hirsch team up together in their brand new film All Nighter!

The Gavin Wiesen-directed flick follows the story of a workaholic father (Simmons) who attempts to visit his daughter (Analeigh Tipton) during a layover in LA, only to discover that she’s disappeared, is forced to team up with her awkward ex-boyfriend (Hirsch) to find her over the course of one transformative night.

The new animated movie Rock Dog is now in theaters and the film features a star-studded list of actors providing their voices!

While the film is only expected to bring in around $5 million for its opening weekend, box office experts expect the movie to have a long life with Blu-ray and DVD sales in the future.

Here is the synopsis: “For the Tibetan Mastiffs living on Snow Mountain, a dog’s life has a simple riff: Guard a peaceful village of wool-making sheep from the thuggish wolf Linnux (Lewis Black) and his rabid pack. To avoid distractions, Mastiff leader Khampa (J.K. Simmons) forbids all music from the mountain. But when Khampa’s son Bodi (Luke Wilson) discovers a radio dropped by a passing airplane, it takes just a few guitar licks for his fate to be sealed: Bodi wants to be a rock ‘n’ roll star. Yet that means defying his father’s wishes, heading to the city, and locating the legendary – and reclusive – musician Angus Scattergood (Eddie Izzard), who needs to write a new song and fast. If Bodi can put a band together, help Angus with his song, and defeat the wolves’ plot to take Snow Mountain, his life will be in tune. The full trailer for the upcoming movie Patriots Day, which follows the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombing, has been released.

Mark Wahlberg stars in the Peter Berg-directed film alongside Michelle Monaghan, John Goodman, Kevin Bacon, JK Simmons, and Alex Wolff.

Here is the official synopsis: “In the aftermath of an unspeakable attack, Police Sergeant Tommy Saunders (Wahlberg) joins courageous survivors, first responders and investigators in a race against the clock to hunt down the bombers before they strike again. Weaving together the stories of Special Agent Richard DesLauriers (Bacon), Police Commissioner Ed Davis (Goodman), Sergeant Jeffrey Pugliese (Simmons) and nurse Carol Saunders (Monaghan) this visceral and unflinching chronicle captures the suspense of one of the most sophisticated manhunts in law enforcement history and celebrates the strength of the people of Boston.”

Patriot’s Day will hit theaters in limited release on December 21 and in wide release on January 13.

Daisy Ridley keeps it chic in a black dress while attending the premiere of The Eagle Huntress held at Pacific Theaters at the Grove on Tuesday (October 18) in Los Angeles.

The 24-year-old actress was joined at the event by director Otto Bell, J. K. Simmons and his wife Michelle Schumacher, and subjects of the documentary film Nurgaiv Rys and Aisholpan Nurgaiv.

The Eagle Huntress follows Aisholpan, a 13-year-old girl, as she trains to become the first female in twelve generations of her Kazakh family to become an eagle hunter, and rises to the pinnacle of a tradition that has been handed down from father to son for centuries – Watch the trailer below!

“It was clear that she had been moved by it,” Otta revealed, referring to when Daisy decided to sign on as executive producer and narrator (via Business Insider). “She talked about how she cried on the phone to her mother when she watched it. We want a G rating, we want this to be a family documentary so with Daisy’s narration it’s a hand-hold through the film. Though there are subtitles, her narration is going to help young kids.”
