Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are days away from getting married and they’re showing off their fit bodies ahead of their wedding!

The two reality stars met via the Bachelor Nation franchise and they got engaged on the previous season of Bachelor in Paradise.

Ashley and Jared credit the South Beach Diet with their fit summer bods.

“What I love about South Beach Diet is that it promotes a healthy lifestyle. When you’re eating really healthy, well balanced meals that are super high in protein and low in carbs, you’re going to feel better,” Ashley said.

“Since starting South Beach, I have more energy. It’s made me want to go to they gym and work out more and be more active,” Jared added. “I feel better. I feel more confident. I feel a little bit more muscular and stronger and a little bit more toned. Because of the South Beach Diet, I’m finally at the point where I want to be before the wedding.”

Paris Hilton shines on the pink carpet while attending the boohoo.com x Paris Hilton Collection Launch Party on Wednesday night (June 20) at Delilah in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 37-year-old media personality got support from longtime family friend Paris Jackson and rapper Lil Kim, as well as The Bachelor‘s Nick Viall and engaged couple Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon.

Paris collaborated with the e-retailer on a 70-piece collection featuring affordable swimwear, dresses, and more.

“My favorite pieces are the silver party dress, the Beverly Hills hotel palm-inspired print dress, the sexy gold halter swimsuit, and my ‘That’s Hot’ chihuahua tracksuit,” Paris told Cosmopolitan.com. “I have always loved being a trendsetter — creating my own style. Bachelor Nation couple Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are engaged!

Jared, 29, popped the question on Sunday (June 17) during the season of Bachelor in Paradise, which is filming now and will presumably air this summer.

Ashley and Jared made things official in March after having a rocky road to dating. They originally sparked a relationship back in 2015 on Bachelor in Paradise, but Jared didn’t feel the same feelings that Ashley felt. They remained friends, but the timing was never right…until March.
