Lily Collins‘ next project will be on Netflix!

It was revealed today that Windfall, which was directed by her fiancé, Charlie McDowell, has been acquired by the streaming service, “in a major 8-figure dollar deal.”

According to Deadline, the modern-day noir movie will also star Jason Segel and Jesse Plemons, and wrapped up production earlier this year.

Jason and Charlie developed the story, with Justin Lader and Andrew Kevin Walker penning the script.

The film is described as a Hitchcockian thriller following a young couple who arrive at their vacation home only to find it’s being robbed.

“I’m so excited to finally be able to talk about a film that I had the privilege of making a few months ago with @charliemcdowell #JasonSegel and #JessePlemmons,” Lily wrote on Instagram, following the announcement. “I’ve never been part of something so intimate, collaborative and freeing.”

She added, “Windfall was imagined, created, and finished during quarantine and I couldn’t be prouder of our incredible crew for all the countless hours of hard work, safety and determination to make this labor of love a reality.”

Jesse Plemons has joined the cast of the upcoming HBO Max series Love and Death!

The limited series will also star Elizabeth Olsen and it follows “two church going couples, enjoying small town family life in Texas, until somebody picks up an axe.”

Love and Death is based on the true story of Texas housewife Candy Montgomery, who murdered her friend from church, Betty Gore, with an axe in 1980. Elizabeth is playing Candy!

Big Little Lies and Big Sky creator David E. Kelley will write the series and Lesli Linka Glatter will direct. One of the executive producers is Nicole Kidman!

“This is a gripping story about the frustrations and desires of two women in a small town that culminates in a terrible act of violence. We are thrilled to be partnering with David, Lesli, Nicole, and Per and incredibly fortunate to have Elizabeth at the center of our story to bring out all the layers of Candy that make this story so unforgettable,” HBO Max’s Sarah Aubrey said in a statement.

Jesse was recently spotted with an injury and we have the candid photos.

Uh-oh it looks like Jesse Plemons suffered an injury!

The 33-year-old Breaking Bad alum was spotted using crutches with his right leg in a brace as he stopped by a doctor’s office on Wednesday afternoon (April 7) in Los Angeles.

Despite the injury, Jesse seemed to be able to put some pressure on his injured leg as he walked back to his car after the appointment.

Jesse‘s outing comes a week after his longtime fiancee Kirsten Dunst announced they were expecting their second child together.

Jesse and the 38-year-old Bring It On and Marie Antoinette actress welcomed their first child, a son named Ennis Howard, in 2018. Ennis is so cute, and you can see his first public photos right here.

Kirsten Dunst is pregnant and expecting her second child with Jesse Plemons!

The 38-year-old actress announced the news that she and her 32-year-old actor partner are expecting again in W magazine’s latest issue.

Kirsten did not say much about the pregnancy, but did comment that the photo shoot that went alongside her news was a bit difficult!

“Every shot was on the floor,” Kirsten joked to the mag. “I was like, ‘I can’t get up.’ I felt like Urkel.”

Jesse and Kirsten welcomed their first child, a son named Ennis Howard, in 2018. Ennis is so cute, and you can see his first public photos right here!

We last saw Jesse and Kirsten out and about this past September.

There’s been some mystery to just which role Jesse Plemons will be playing in Disney’s upcoming live action movie, Jungle Cruise.

The 32-year-old actor chatted with Insider about the movie and hinted that he’ll be a villain.

“Me and Dwayne Johnson just being good guys together? C’mon. That’s no fun,” Jesse shared.

Jesse will star alongside Dwayne and Emily Blunt in the movie, which is based on the popular Disney World attraction. The flick is expected to debut in July 2021.

“There’s a license to having more fun,” he added about his preference for going for the villain roles. “There’s also an opportunity to explore regions you’re not able to when you’re playing someone good.”

You can see Jesse now in Judas and the Black Messiah where he, to no surprise, plays the bad guy there too.

The sweater Kirsten was wearing had a print of the state of Texas on it, a homage to Jesse‘s birthplace. The state even has a fun cowboy hat on top of it.

Just recently, Kirsten opened up about her relationship with Jesse where she revealed how she fell in love with him on the set of Fargo.

“I knew that she would be in my life for a long time,” Jesse shared about their love story.

Kirsten added that the two bonded over “the fact that we were two child actors and we both made it out OK.”
