Ashton Kutcher and Jessica Alba teamed up for an event in New York City this week!

The two actors and entrepreneurs joined AT&T for a 5G event at the WarnerMedia Innovation Lab on Wednesday (July 14) in New York City.

Ashton and Jessica were there to celebrate how the brand’s latest 5G-enabled collaborations are creating unique customer experiences.

“The impact of 5G on society is going to be massive,” Ashton said (via Deadline). “It’s just that it’ll take a little time for people to see the results. But as we do, we’re going to realize that it was a game-changer.”

Deadline reports that AT&T estimates its “overall spending on 5G and fiber broadband will reach $24 billion after the expected close of the Discovery-WarnerMedia deal in 2022.”

Jessica Alba celebrates a win during the AT&T 5G Immersive Event on Wednesday night (July 14) in New York City.

The 40-year-old actress wore a soft blue suit for the event, which also featured Dana Porter Rubenstein, CMO & Founder of Bookful, Mike Finley, CEO of Boingo and AT&T Chief Marketing and Growth Officer, Kellyn Smith Kenny.

Following the event, Jessica spoke to Deadline about her upcoming travel plans when it comes to filming Trigger Warning for Netflix in New Mexico this fall.

She shared that she’ll actually be flying back to Los Angeles twice a week in large part to tend to Honest Co.

“I dabbled a bit and I have a couple of things that I’ve been developing over the years and they’ve gotten to a place where I’m going to go into production,” Jessica added about signing up to star in the thriller for the streamer.

“On Trigger Warning,” she says, “I’m excited to do it. It’s fun. It uses a totally different piece of my brain, of my soul. Being able to jump into that.”

The 40-year-old actress and entrepeneur’s The Honest Company went public on Wednesday (May 5) and raised $413 million its IPO, THR reported Thursday (May 6).

The company, which trades under the ticket HNST, opened with its price rising more than 40%, closing at $23 a share, and valued at more than $1.4 billion.

Jessica Alba is celebrating a very big day!

The 40-year-old actress and her The Honest Company team rang the Nasdaq Stock Market opening bell to mark the company’s IPO at NASDAQ MarketSite on WEdnesday morning (May 5) in New York City.

Joining Jessica at the event was her husband Cash Warren and their three kids – daughters Honor, 12, Haven, 9, and son Hayes, 3.

“I have three kids, I would say Honest is my fourth kid,” Jessica said in an interview via Yahoo! Finance. “You should have products that you can trust and across the board we hit on all of those things that are very important to not just the millennials, but the younger generation that are driving really the consumer’s behavior to a more conscious life.”
