Robert Downey Jr. Talks to Animals in 'Dolittle' Trailer - Watch!

The official trailer for Robert Downey Jr.‘s Dolittle is out now!

The 54-year-old actor plays Dr. John Dolittle in the upcoming film.

Here’s the synopsis for the vivid reimagining of the classic tale of the man who could talk to animals: “After losing his wife seven years earlier, the eccentric Dr. John Dolittle (Downey), famed doctor and veterinarian of Queen Victoria’s England, hermits himself away behind the high walls of Dolittle Manor with only his menagerie of exotic animals for company. But when the young queen (Jessie Buckley) falls gravely ill, a reluctant Dolittle is forced to set sail on an epic adventure to a mythical island in search of a cure, regaining his wit and courage as he crosses old adversaries and discovers wondrous creatures.”

It continues, “The doctor is joined on his quest by a young, self-appointed apprentice (Harry Collett) and a raucous coterie of animal friends, including an anxious gorilla (Rami Malek), an enthusiastic but bird-brained duck (Octavia Spencer), a bickering duo of a cynical ostrich (Kumail Nanjiani) and an upbeat polar bear (John Cena) and a headstrong parrot (Emma Thompson), who serves as Dolittle’s most trusted advisor and confidante.”

The film also stars Antonio Banderas, Michael Sheen, and Jim Broadbent and features additional voice performances from Marion Cotillard, Frances de la Tour, Carmen Ejogo, Ralph Fiennes, Selena Gomez, Tom Holland, and Craig Robinson. (See more details on which characters they voice.)

Lily James Supports 'War & Peace' Co-Star Jim Broadbent at 'Black 47' Premiere!

Lily James is all smiles as she strikes a pose at the special gala screening of the film Black 47 held at the Odeon Covent Garden on Wednesday (September 26) in London, England.

The 29-year-old Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again star stepped out to support star of the flick Jim Broadbent, who she starred with in the BBC mini-series War & Peace.

Also in attendance to show their support was Chris O’Dowd and his wife Dawn O’Porter.

Synopsis: Set in Ireland during the Great Famine, the drama follows an Irish Ranger who has been fighting for the British Army abroad, as he abandons his post to reunite with his family. Despite experiencing the horrors of war, he is shocked by the famine’s destruction of his homeland and the brutalization of his people and his family.

Based on infamous true events, King of Thieves is a true crime film about a crew of retired crooks who pull off a major heist in London’s jewelry district. What starts off as their last criminal hurrah quickly turns into a brutal nightmare due to greed.

'Paddington 2' Releases Full Trailer - Watch Now!

Paddington 2 just got a full trailer, which you can watch right here!

The upcoming Paddington sequel, which hits theaters on January 12, 2018, co-stars Hugh Bonneville, Sally Hawkins, Brendan Gleeson, Julie Walters, Jim Broadbent, Peter Capaldi, Hugh Grant and Ben Whishaw as the voice of Paddington, as well as Madeleine Harris, Samuel Joslin and Imelda Staunton.

Here’s a plot summary: while searching for the perfect present for his beloved Aunt Lucy’s hundredth birthday, Paddington sees a unique pop-up book in Mr. Gruber’s antique shop, and embarks upon a series of odd jobs to buy it. But when the book is stolen, it’s up to Paddington and the Browns to unmask the thief.

The film was again directed by Paul King, and was shot in and around central London.

Michelle Dockery Gives Us Hope for 'Downton Abbey' Movie!

Michelle Dockery steps out in style for The Sense of an Ending premiere held at the MOMA on Monday (March 6) in New York City.

The 35-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-stars Harriet Walter and Jim Broadbent, as well as director Ritesh Batra, and actress Marin Ireland.

On the red carpet, Michelle was asked about the possibility of a Downton Abbey film.

“I think there is still potential for a Downton film. These things take time…it seems to be a challenge getting 18 actors together at the same time. I’m hopeful something will come together at some point,” Michelle said (via the Belfast Telegraph).

Tom Hanks & Keanu Reeves: 'Cloud Atlas' Premiere!

Tom Hanks attends the premiere of his new film Cloud Atlas held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Wednesday (October 24) in Hollywood.

The 56-year-old actor was joined at the premiere by his wife Rita Wilson, co-stars Susan Sarandon, Jim Sturgess, Jim Broadbent, James D’Arcy, and Xun Zhou, as well as the film’s directors Tom Tykwer, Andy Wachowski, and Lana Wachowski.

Keanu Reeves also attended the event to support the Wachowskis, who directed his mega-hit franchise, The Matrix Trilogy.

Cloud Atlas opens in theaters on Friday (October 26).
