BTS Return to the UN to Deliver Powerful Speech Amid Pandemic (Video)

BTS are returning to the UN to inspire and encourage us through a difficult time.

The “Dynamite” South Korean boy band made an appearance during the 2020 UN General Assembly on Wednesday (September 23) to speak out amid the global health crisis and offer their support and solidarity in an emotional speech.

“Stars shine brightest when the night is darkest. And if the stars are hidden, we’ll let the moonlight guide us. If even the moon is dark, let our faces be the light that helps us find our way,” RM declared.

“Following their first invitation to the UN General Assembly in 2018, BTS returned to build on their previous message of ‘LOVE MYSELF’ to impart for 2020 a message of ‘Let’s live on in a new world,’ breaking free from despair and supporting one another in warm solidarity,” their official channel declares.

“Life goes on,” they all encouraged during the powerful appearance.

BTS Members Enroll in Graduate School - Find Out What They're Studying!

BTS is keeping their education a priority.

Big Hit Entertainment issued a statement on Tuesday (July 7) regarding the current schooling status of members of the massively popular South Korean boy band amid earlier news reports that day.

RM, Suga, and J-Hope enrolled in Hanyang Cyber University’s graduate school for an MBA in Advertising & Media in March last year, and they are currently attending school. Jimin and V will enter Hanyang Cyber University’s graduate school for an MBA in Advertising & Media in September,” the agency said, via Soompi.

The agency also confirmed that Jin is also currently attending Hanyang Cyber University, while Jungkook is attending Global Cyber University with a major in Broadcasting and Entertainment.

“The members’ enrollment in graduate school is not a matter related to their military service, and they entered the university because they are all interested in learning,” they went on to clarify.

Jin graduated from Konkuk University with a major in Film Studies, while RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin and V graduated from Global Cyber University with a Broadcasting and Entertainment major.

BTS Perform 'Boy With Luv' & Message To Fans on 'Late Late Show's Homefest Special

BTS gave an amazing performance for The Late Late Show with James Corden’s HomeFest coronavirus special event, which aired tonight (March 30).

The seven piece band shared a message to their fans ahead of their performance of “Boy With Luv”.

“It’s quite a difficult time time for everyone in the world right now,” RM shared in the video message. “We’re so grateful we can connect with you from here. It may seem like we’re isolated but we’re still connected through our shared experiences, courage, and laughter.”

Cardi B Reacts To BTS Singing 'Finesse' on Carpool Karaoke With James Corden

BTS sing along to a tune while riding with James Corden for Carpool Karaoke.

The segment aired during The Late Late Show on Tuesday (February 25), and the seven piece band jammed out to Bruno Mars and Cardi B‘s “Finesse (Remix) and Post Malone‘s “Circles”.

After Cardi saw the segment on the show, she shared it with her fans on Twitter, giving some love to their rendition with a red heart emoji.

She added moments later with a Squidward gif, “Me homeless cause hobi & joon took my job.”

BTS Tell 'Today' Show That Their New Album 'Map of the Soul: 7' Is 'Big Satement'! (Video)

The guys from BTS took over the Today show plaza at Rockefeller Plaza this morning (February 21) in New York City!

The K-pop boy band – Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook – had a fan-packed live interview on the Today show in support of their seventh studio album, Map of the Soul: 7.

“The title is ‘7‘ because we’ve got seven members right here, as you see, and it’s been seven years since our debut,” RM explained during the chat. “This album is like a big statement and declaration that we admit our destiny, recognize our destiny.”

Then, looking out into the crowd, RM added, “You guys know this, right? Music truly transcends languages and nationalities and races.”

BTS also gave the crowd a first look at their new music video for “On,” which you can watch after the cut HERE!

BTS' Jimin Deletes Christmas Video Amid Juul Controversy

BTS member Jimin reportedly deleted a Christmas video that he posted on social media after fans noticed that another band member was allegedly seen with a Juul e-cigarette.

The video was shared to BTS‘ official Twitter account and featured various clips of the group. Once the controversy over the Juul erupted on social media, the video was deleted.

The band member seen with the e-cigarette was Taehyung, who is also known as V. There are some fans who have slammed him for using the vaping tool while others have defended him, saying that he’s old enough to make his own decisions.

Earlier this week, an upcoming tour for BTS was teased by the band’s management team.
