Check out this footage of Zooey Deschanel and Jonathan Scott meeting for the first time!

The 40-year-old New Girl actress and the 41-year-old Property Brothers star met while filming their Carpool Karaoke: The Series segment last year.

The video, released on Friday (February 28), also features their respective siblings Emily Deschanel and Drew Scott.

Zooey Deschanel and Jonathan Scott have been dating since September 2019 after shooting the segment. See photos from their recent date night here.

The cute couple had a date night out for the screening of the flick, which stars Anya Taylor-Joy as the title character.

EMMA. is a new take on Jane Austen‘s novel, where the title Regency-era character occupies herself with matchmaking.

Zooey and Jonathan, who revealed they were dating late last year, made their red carpet debut at the Critics’ Choice Documentary Awards.

Jonathan recently opened up about how grateful he is for Zooey being part of his life.

Tom Cruise and Sofia Boutella share a sweet moment together while attending the CAA Pre-Oscar Party on Friday night (February 7) at San Vicente Bungalows in West Hollywood, Calif.

The two actors worked together on the 2017 movie The Mummy.

There were so many stars at the CAA party, where celebs toasted with Heineken and Absolut Elyx drinks. Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez coupled up at the party after attending the Tom Ford fashion show earlier in the night.

Former Oscar winner Natalie Portman was joined by her husband Benjamin Millepied, Gabrielle Union and her husband Dwyane Wade stepped out together, and Zooey Deschanel had a date night with boyfriend Jonathan Scott.

Also in attendance were Oscar nominee Laura Dern, Booksmart director Olivia Wilde, and black-ish actress Tracee Ellis Ross, among others.

More stars who were there included Kate Hudson, Alessandra Ambrosio, Olivia Munn, Timothee Chalamet, Noah Jupe, and Zach Braff.

Are Jonathan Scott and Zooey Deschanel walking down the aisle anytime soon?

The Property Brothers star opened up about his relationship with the New Girl actress in an interview with ET.

When asked about his twin brother Drew Scott and wife Linda Phan‘s 2018 wedding, he joked about not being able to get on that level with his own relationship.

“Their wedding was the most beautiful, amazing, incredible thing ever. The bar has been raised so high. Maybe I’ll just elope!” he said.

“No, I mean right now we’re just reveling in the fact that we love each other madly and were still discovering each other. It’s the most incredible relationship ever, so we’re content in that. I’ve never experienced [this] before in my life,” he went on to say.

“We like to joke because we met on Carpool Karaoke and I was pretty chill and she was being super-friendly and a little flirty, [but] she’s like, ‘What are you talking about? You were super-flirty.’ I’m like, ‘No, no, no, you were more flirty.’ The producers came back and said that I was flirting so bad that they had to edit down the cut, so when you watch Carpool Karaoke, it looks like she’s a little more [flirty] but apparently if you watch the full cut, it would be me. I’m smoother in my head than I am in real life.”

Jonathan Scott is celebrating girlfriend Zooey Deschanel‘s birthday!

The 41-year-old Property Brothers star took to his Instagram to post a sweet note in honor of Zooey‘s 40th birthday.

“Happy Birthday to the beautiful human who brought joy & laughter back into my life ❤️🎉!” Jonathan captioned a cute photo of Zooey.

Jonathan Scott and Zooey Deschanel couple up for the opening of the new art exhibit, titled “From Destruction,” at Trigg Ison Fine Art on Friday (January 10) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The new couple attended the event to support artist and Amy Adams‘ husband Darren Le Gallo.

Other stars at the event included Jon Hamm, Aaron and Sam Taylor-Johnson, Darren Criss and wife Mia, Elizabeth Banks, Jack McBrayer, Dustin Hoffman, Kelsey Grammer, and Joey King.

The exhibit, presented in association with Krista Smith and Sam, officially opens on January 13 and will run until January 31. Be sure to check it out if you’re in the area!

Jonathan Scott is so happy with Zooey Deschanel.

The Property Brothers star made an appearance on TODAY with Hoda and Jenna on Thursday (January 9).

During his appearance, he addressed his relationship with Zooey: “I will admit she brings out the best in me…she makes me want to be the best version of myself,” he revealed.

The two first made their red carpet debut as a couple back in November at the Critics’ Choice Documentary Awards after filming a Carpool Karaoke segment in August.

His twin and co-star Drew Scott said her effect on Jonathan is obvious.

“See this smile? I haven’t seen him smile like this in a very long time, and I think it’s amazing to see him so happy,” he said.
