Judy Garland‘s resting place is being moved from New York to Los Angeles and her remains are currently en route to the west coast.
The legendary actress, who shot to stardom with her role as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, has been buried in the Big Apple since her death in 1969 at the age of 47.
Judy‘s remains are being moved to the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles as her previous burial place did not have room for her children and grandchildren to be buried alongside her, according to People.
Some of the other celebs buried at the famed cemetery include Cecil B. Demille, Mickey Rooney, Douglas Fairbanks, and The Ramones founding members Johnny and Dee Dee Ramone.
Judy was the mother of three children – Liza Minnelli, Lorna Luft, and Joey Luft.
