'Dexter' Casts Julia Jones, Johnny Sequoyah & More For Rebooted Series

The Dexter revival series has added four more actors to its cast, which will bring back star Michael C. Hall in the title role.

Deadline reports that Julia Jones, Johnny Sequoyah, Alano Miller and Jack Alcott have all joined the upcoming Showtime series.

Julia is set to star as Angela Bishop, the first Native American Chief of Police in her town in upstate New York, and Johnny will play her “brash and opinionated” teenage daughter Audrey.

Meanwhile, Alano is set to take on the role of Logan, a sergeant for the Iron Lake Police Department and the assistant wrestling coach for the local high school, and Jack is Randall, with whom Dexter has a meaningful encounter.

The original series, which ran for eight seasons, centered on Dexter Morgan, who was a complicated and conflicted blood-spatter expert for the Miami Police Department but moonlighted as a serial killer.

The main villain of the Dexter revival will be played by this Spongebob Squarepants actor.

Pedro Pascal & Bryce Dallas Howard Celebrate Premiere of Disney+'s 'The Mandalorian'!

Pedro Pascal is dapper in a suit as he hits the red carpet at the Disney+ premiere of his new series The Mandalorian held at El Capitan Theatre on Wednesday (November 13) in Los Angeles.

The 44-year-old actor was joined at the event by directors Bryce Dallas Howard, Jon Favreau, Deborah Chow and Rick Famuyiwa, as well as co-stars Carl Weathers, Gina Carano and Emily Swallow.

Other attendees at the event in support of Pedro Pascal and crew were Ming-Na Wen, Seth Green and Julia Jones.

Here’s the synopsis: “After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.”

The 49-year-old actor donned a black tux as he was joined at the event by Courteney Cox and her fiance Johnny McDaid.

Angela Sarafyan and Sophia Bush look super chic while attending Kate Spade and InStyle’s Dinner at Spring Place on Tuesday night (October 23) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The event celebrated Kate Spade‘s new creative director Nicola Glass, who met up with actress Jaime King.

Also in attendance at the event were Maddie Ziegler, Skai Jackson, Chrissy Metz, Sydney Sweeney, Marsai Martin, Odeya Rush, Poppy, Julia Jones, and InStyle‘s Laura Brown.
