Cynthia Erivo walks the red carpet at the premiere of her new HBO series The Outsider on Thursday night (January 9) at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles.

The 33-year-old actress was joined at the event by co-stars Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda Anka, Julianne Nicholson, Yul Vazquez, Paddy Considine, Sir Brodie, and Derek Cecil.

Cynthia starred in the recent movie Harriet and she received acting nominations from the Golden Globes, the Critics’ Choice Awards, and the SAG Awards… but the BAFTAs snubbed her of a nomination. Not only that, but the BAFTAs only nominated white actors this year.

“It’s disappointing to see that we’ve got to this point in time and we’ve had such wonderful advancement in inclusion and diversity, and the films this year were beautiful, such wonderful stories told, and to not have that represented in an awards show like the BAFTAs is just disappointing really,” Cynthia told Variety in response to the non-diverse nominees.

Cynthia was asked to perform at the BAFTAs, but she declined to perform after seeing the list of nominees.

“The reason I didn’t perform is because I don’t think it’s proper representation, as a woman of color, of people of color in this industry,” she said.

Willem Dafoe is giving a sneak peek at his upcoming Disney+ movie!

The 64-year-old actor stepped out for a screening of Togo on Monday night (December 9) at iPic Fulton Market in New York City.

He was joined by his co-star Julianne Nicholson as well as director Ericson Core.

The movie is “the untold true story set in the winter of 1925 that treks across the treacherous terrain of the Alaskan tundra for an exhilarating and uplifting adventure that will test the strength, courage and determination of one man, Leonhard Seppala, and his lead sled dog, Togo.”

The stars of I, Tonya hit the red carpet at the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards held at The Barker Hangar on Thursday (January 11) in Santa Monica, Calif.

Margot Robbie, Allison Janney, Sebastian Stan, Julianne Nicholson, and Mckenna Grace are all in attendance to support the film, which is up for five awards tonight.

Margot is nominated for Best Actress plus Best Actress in a Comedy, Allison is up for Best Supporting Actress, and the film is up for Best Comedy and Best Hair and Makeup.

Margot Robbie is the golden girl on the red carpet at the I, Tonya premiere on Tuesday (December 5) at the Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old actress was joined by the real Tonya Harding at the event!

Margot‘s co-stars Sebastian Stan, Allison Janney, Caitlin Carver, and Julianne Nicholson all walked the red carpet as well.

Joel Kinnaman, who worked with Margot on Suicide Squad, stepped out to show his support.

I, Tonya hits theaters in limited release this weekend and will expand later in the month.

The 31-year-old actress stepped out for the event, hosted by Miu Miu and The Cinema Society, on Thursday (October 26) at The Landmark at 57 West in New York City.

She was joined by her co-stars Margaret Qualley, Melissa Leo, Julianne Nicholson, Morgan Saylor, Rebecca Dayan, Denis O’Hare, and writer/director Maggie Betts.
