Scarlett Johansson and Laura Dern walk the carpet at the 2020 Film Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday afternoon (February 8) at the pier in Santa Monica, Calif.

Also in attendance were their Marriage Story co-star Julie Hagerty and the film’s writer and director Noah Baumbach with his partner Greta Gerwig.

Even though Scarlett and Laura are nominated for Oscars for their work in Marriage Story, they were snubbed by the Spirit Awards. Despite not getting individual acting noms, the movie is receiving the Robert Altman Award for Best Ensemble. The award goes to the director, casting director, and ensemble cast.

Marriage Story is also up for Best Picture and Best Screenplay for Noah.

The actresses stepped out on the red carpet for the Netflix movie’s premiere on Tuesday (November 5) at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles.

Scarlett and Laura were joined by co-stars Alan Alda, Julie Hagerty, and Martha Kelly, as well as director Noah Baumbach and his longtime partner Greta Gerwig.

Here’s a fun fact: Greta also directed Laura in a movie coming out this year – Little Women!

Marriage Story hits theaters on November 6 and it will start streaming on Netflix on December 6.

The co-stars hit the carpet for the premiere of their new film Marriage Story on Friday evening (October 4) in New York City.

They were also joined by their co-star Laura Dern as well as Mickey Sumner, Wallace Shawn, Alan Alda, Azhy Robertson, Julie Hagerty, Ray Liotta, Martha Kelly and producer Noah Baumbach.

The cast also got support from Greta Gerwig, Spike Lee and his wife Tonya.

The 52-year-old actress is getting a lot of awards attention already for her work in the upcoming Netflix movie, which will start streaming on December 6.

Also joining Laura at the event were co-stars Ray Liotta, Julie Hagerty, and Azhy Robertson, as well as writer and director Noah Baumbach and producer David Heyman. The Politician actor Bob Balaban was there too.

Laura is currently the favorite to win the Best Supporting Actress award at the Oscars, according to the odds calculated by GoldDerby.com. She has previously been nominated for two Oscars, but hasn’t won yet.

Mark Wahlberg is dapper in a suit while posing alongside co-star Rose Byrne at the Paramount Pictures special screening of their latest film Instant Family held at the Regency Village Theatre on Sunday (November 11) in Los Angeles.

The 47-year-old actor and Rose, 39, were joined at the event by their co-stars Octavia Spencer, Britt Rentschler, Gustavo Quiroz, Tig Notaro, Julianna Gamiz, Isabela Moner, Margo Martindale and Julie Hagerty, as well as the film’s writer-director Sean Anders.

The red carpet was canceled out of respect for the California wildfires and the recent shooting in Thousand Oaks.

“Instant Family premiere with my family ❤️❤️❤️,” Mark captioned with his Instagram post with his wife Rhea Durham and their two daughters, Ella, 15 and Grace, 8.
