Justin Hartley‘s ex-wife Chrishell Stause stars on the Netflix series Selling Sunset, but he never once made an appearance on the reality show… and now the show’s creator is explaining why.

The first episode of Selling Sunset aired in March 2019 and Justin was mentioned many times throughout the three seasons that are streaming right now.

In a new interview with the show’s creator Adam DiVello, it was revealed why Justin never appeared alongside Chrishell.

“I think it was just contractual. We certainly asked many, many times. I think it was just his contract with NBC,” Adam told Variety. If you weren’t aware, Justin is one of the stars of NBC’s smash hit series This Is Us.

The third season follows Justin and Chrishell‘s split last year and she revealed the surprising way he told her that he filed for divorce.

Chrishell Stause has seemingly reacted to Lindsay Korman-Hartley following her comments about their ex, Justin Hartley.

Lindsay, also an actress, spoke out in support of Justin following Chrishell‘s accusations about the This Is Us star.

“Today, I appreciate my ex-husband Justin for not only being [an] exemplification of a solid man but for being my dear friend and devoted father to our daughter…” Lindsay wrote on her Instagram.

She added, “We derive our own opinion of people by experiencing life and time together, and we do our best to hold dear the ones that maintain consistent kindness, love and generosity. No matter what conflicts Justin and I had in the past, I appreciate what we have today and I am thankful for the family we have built.”

Earlier this month, Chrishell had hinted that Justin cheated on her during their short-lived marriage.

Just a few hours after Lindsay shared her post on social media, Chrishell posted a statement on her own Instagram Story, which seems to be in response.

“Be the woman who fixes another woman’s crown without telling the world it was crooked,” it read, and she added, “Women who build each other up are my tribe.”

Justin Hartley‘s ex wife Lindsay Korman-Hartley is defending him amid all the talk about his relationship with another ex wife Chrishell Stause.

In the recent past, and on Chrishell‘s reality show Selling Sunset, she has seemingly accused him of cheating and the way he told her he wanted a divorce.

Lindsay took to her Instagram and posted, “In a day when social media should be used for positivity… an inspiration towards movement in an honest and deserving way, I’d like to join, by highlighting my appreciation for my family. Today, I appreciate my ex-husband Justin for not only being [an] exemplification of a solid man but for being my dear friend and devoted father to our daughter. Simply put; for being family. We derive our own opinion of people by experiencing life and time together, and we do our best to hold dear the ones that maintain consistent kindness, love and generosity.”

Justin and Lindsay met on the set of Passions and were together until 2012.

Fans are noticing Chrishell Stause‘s Twitter history, specifically, two tweets she liked recently.

The tweets seem to speak to why her and Justin Hartley‘s marriage may have ended. None of this has officially been confirmed, but fans are interested in why Chrishell is liking these two tweets in particular.

At the time of this posting, Chrishell has still “liked” these two tweets (and she could unlike at any point).

The two tweets Chrishell liked seem to suggest cheating may have went down. One of the tweets is from a blind gossip story. The other is from a fan putting two and two together.

Justin Hartley and his new girlfriend Sofia Pernas chilled out by the pool this weekend and they shared some pics on social media!

The 31-year-old Blood & Treasure actress posted first on her Instagram Stories. She shared a photo of Justin‘s toned arm holding an iced beverage and a cigar in his hand.

“Easy like Sunday mornin,” she captioned the photo.

Later that day, Justin posted a photo of him going shirtless while lounging in the pool with his dog Paisley. He did a play on Sofia‘s caption by writing, “Paisley like Sunday mornin.”

This past weekend marked the season three premiere of Selling Sunset, which stars Justin‘s ex-wife Chrishell Stause. The new season follows what happened after he filed for divorce last year and he isn’t painted in a good light at all, which has fans reacting.

News of Justin and Sofia‘s relationship went public back in May and they actually have a past connection.

The third season of Selling Sunset is streaming now on Netflix and it shows viewers what happened to Chrishell Stause after her husband Justin Hartley filed for divorce.

In an emotional scene, Chrishell opened up about the surprising way that Justin decided to tell her that he filed the divorce papers and she also discussed the letter that she wrote to his teenage daughter to say goodbye.

Some fans are tweeting about their distaste for Justin after watching the show and Chrishell is reacting to some of those tweets.

“This n**** Justin Hartley TEXTED Chrishell that he was divorcing her?!? #SellingSunset,” Ira Madison III tweeted. Chrishell responded by sharing a GIF of filmmaker Jordan Peele sweating and said, “Me trying to keep it classy and not like your tweet.”

Chrishell also reacted to fans who are sending mean messages to her co-stars like Christine Quinn and Davina Potratz, who questioned the real reasons for the divorce.

“I SO appreciate all the love you guys have given for #SellingSunset 🙌🏽 wow! That being said, some of you are attacking a certain person in defending me. I appreciate the sentiment because certain things made me mad too. But I hate feeling like someone is getting bullied 😞,” she tweeted. “Want to help empower women and if my tweet has any say at all I just hope you can keep the passion but maybe minus the vitriol..? Love you guys SO much though and LOVE your enthusiam! 💗🙏🏼.”

The new season of Selling Sunset follows Chrishell Stause‘s split from Justin Hartley and some interesting new details have been revealed.

In one scene this season, Chrishell opens up to co-star Amanza Smith about how she wrote a goodbye letter to Justin‘s daughter.

Justin has a 16-year-old daughter from his first marriage to soap opera actress Lindsay Hartley.

“I love her so much and I had to write a letter to her,” Chrishell said on the show, which is streaming on Netflix.

In another scene from the season, which is available to watch online right now, Chrishell opens up about the surprising way she found out that Justin had filed for divorce. She even says that the world found out just 45 minutes after she did.
