Vin Diesel & Jordana Brewster Lead 'F9' Cast To World Premiere in LA

Jordana Brewster shows off a little leg in a stunning pink gown at the premiere of F9 held at TCL Chinese Theatre on Friday night (June 18) in Hollywood.

The 41-year-old actress hit the black carpet next to her co-stars, including Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Michael Rooker.

Charlize Theron, Anna Sawai, Shad Moss, Sung Kang, Finn Cole, and director Justin Lin were also seen on the red carpet ahead of the screening.

F9 centers on Dom Toretto (Diesel), who is living the quiet life off the grid with Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) and his son, but they know that danger always lurks just over the peaceful horizon.

This time, that threat forces Dom to confront the sins of his past to save those he loves most. His crew soon comes together to stop a world-shattering plot by the most skilled assassin and high-performance driver they’ve ever encountered — Dom’s forsaken brother.

F9 drives into theaters next Friday, June 25.

The latest saga in the Fast & Furious franchise is nearly upon us!

F9 is hitting theaters on June 25.

Here’s a plot summary for the ninth installment in the series: “Vin Diesel’s Dom Toretto is leading a quiet life off the grid with Letty and his son, little Brian, but they know that danger always lurks just over their peaceful horizon. This time, that threat will force Dom to confront the sins of his past if he’s going to save those he loves most. 'Fast & Furious' Series Will End with 11th Movie, Justin Lin In Talks to Direct Final Two Movies

The Fast & Furious series will be coming to an end.

It was just announced that Universal Pictures is planning on ending the franchise after an 11th movie, according to Deadline.

F9, the ninth movie in the series, will be released in theaters in 2021 after a delay of a full year due to the pandemic. This is the fifth movie in the franchise directed by Justin Lin and he’s in talks to direct the 10th and 11th movies as well.

Deadline says that “it seems likely they will tell a big story over two films that will focus on franchise patriarch Vin Diesel” and you can expect franchise stars Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang to return.

The nine movies in the franchise, including the Hobbs & Shaw spinoff, have grossed around $5.7 billion worldwide.

A tribute to Paul Walker played during “The Road to F9″ Global Fan Extravaganza held at Maurice A. Ferre Park on Friday (January 31) in Miami, Fla.

Vin Diesel, and director Justin Lin stepped out for the trailer and concert event and were just two of the stars honoring the late actor.

Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, John Cena, and Sung Kang also joined the event, promoting the newest movie in the Fast Saga.

Throughout the week, Universal Pictures has been dropping teasers and posters to promote the film.

Chris Pine & Zachary Quinto Bring 'Star Trek's Message Of 'Unity' To Seoul!

Chris Pine keeps it cool as he attends the press conference and photo call for his latest film Star Trek Beyond held at the Grand Intercontinental Hotel on Tuesday (August 16) in Seoul, South Korea.

The 35-year-old actor was joined by his co-stars Simon Pegg and Zachary Quinto, and director Justin Lin in advance of the fan screening for the flick.

“It’s a franchise with all the hallmarks of a summer blockbuster but also has a lot of heart,” Zachary expressed. “It’s rooted in a message of connectivity, unity, optimism. There’s no time like this one for that kind of message to be resonant.”
