Karol G knows how to make a statement with her style!

The 30-year-old Ocean superstar stunned with bright blue hair and a shimmering dress on the red carpet at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (May 23) in Los Angeles.

Not only is Karol attending the show, she’s also performing “Bichota” and “El Makinon.”

She’s also taking home a huge honor: Top Latin Female Artist. She was also nominated for Ozuna and Myke Towers collaboration, “Caramelo,” for Top Latin Song.

She also just graced the red carpet with another fierce look at the 2021 Latin AMAs.

Carrie Underwood made her Latin AMAs debut at the show when she performed alongside Spanish crooner Bisbal, marking their first-ever television performance of “Tears of Gold.”

Actress Jacqueline Bracamontes hosted the show, which was held live at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fla. The event aired simultaneously on Universo and throughout the Americas on Telemundo Internacional.

Karol G and Anuel AA have reportedly split.

The 30-year-old Ocean superstar and the 28-year-old Los Dioses hit-maker parted ways after dating for more than two years, Billboard and Univision reported on Thursday (March 18).

They first met back in 2018 on the set of the music video for their “Culpables,” and revealed that they were dating on AA Anuel‘s 26th birthday in November of that year.

They would later collaborate on “Secreto” in early 2019, showcasing their romance in a homemade music video. Later, they would work together on “China,” “Dices Que Te Vas” and “Follow,” among other songs.

The two have not yet confirmed the separation, nor have reps yet responded to Billboard to provide a comment.

All of these celebrity couples also split in 2021.

Bebe performed her new song “Baby I’m Jealous” and she rode on the Jennie-O float. Tori performed her holiday song “25th” and she rode on Lifetime’s Christmas in Times Square float.

Not all of the stars appeared live on Thanksgiving Day and some of them had pre-taped segments, which were filmed on 34th Street in front of the Macy’s flagship store.

Other celebs in attendance at the parade included Karol G, Keke Palmer, Sofia Carson, Ally Brooke, Brett Young, Lauren Alaina, CNCO, Patti LaBelle, Jimmy Fallon, and the Goo Goo Dolls.

Maluma is looking hot on the red carpet!

The 26-year-old Colombian singer looked suave in a white outfit and blush-colored vest while arriving at the 2020 MTV EMAs airing on Sunday (November 8).

Other musicians in attendance included Jack Harlow, Yungblud, Karol G, and David Guetta.

During the broadcast, Maluma, Yungblud, Karol G, David Guetta, and Jack all took the stage for performances.

Also in attendance were models Winnie Harlow and Barbara Palvin, who both presented awards during the show.

If you missed it, this entertainer just sang in Spanish for the first while on a remix of Maluma‘s song “Hawái.”

Karol G has been diagnosed with COVID-19 coronavirus, according to multiple reports.

The 29-year-old Colombian singer tested positive for the pandemic virus after taking a test for it in Miami, Fla., over the weekend.

Sources via the LA Times shared that Karol “has no idea how she got sick, since she has been very careful, initially respecting the quarantine and later the norms of social distancing and the use of masks.”

While Karol tested positive, her Puerto Rican boyfriend, singer Anuel AA‘s test was negative.

The source also shared that Karol is “feeling pretty bad” after her diagnosis and in the interim, has decided to stay in a different apartment, apart from Anuel to quarantine.

Karol G‘s diagnosis mirrors Prince Royce‘s, where he was infected with the coronavirus, but his wife, Emeraude Toubia, was not.

Karol G is issuing an apology after her Black Lives Matter post got backlash.

The 29-year-old singer shared a picture of her black and white spotted dog that highlighted the movement.

The now deleted post read, “The perfect example that [the color] black and white together look beautiful. #BlackLivesMatter.”

After the backlash, Karol wrote an apology to the movement and to her fans about it.

“I was wrong and I apologize,” she wrote. “I want to make clear that my intentions were right in the photo I posted earlier. I meant to say that racism is terrible and that I cannot begin to understand it.”

Karol continued, “These past few days have been hard and its extremely painful to see it continue to happen. IT NEEDS TO STOP. There is only one race and that is the human race. I recognize that the way I expressed myself was not right.”

“I stand with Black Lives Matter. Under no circumstance should ANYONE experience such systematic oppression because of the color of their skin or for belonging to any minority group and I SUPPORT the protests and actions taken during these times to end police brutality and racism.”

“I am still learning and taking active steps to help, aid and evoke change,” she concluded, “and I continue educating myself to understand the experience.”

Just recently, Karol teamed up with the Jonas Brothers on their new single, “X”.
