Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner reunite in this first look pic from the final season of The Kominsky Method.

The brand new season will debut on May 28, with Sarah Baker, Paul Reiser, Lisa Edelstein, Emily Osment, Graham Rogers and Haley Joel Osment all returning for the show.

Noticeably absent is Alan Arkin, who departed the show following the second season last year.

Here’s the summary for The Kominsky Method‘s six-episode final season: Sandy (Douglas) has to navigate what aging looks like without his longtime friend Norman by his side, and Life only becomes more complicated with the arrival of Sandy’s ex-wife Roz (Turner).

The pair’s famously volatile relationship is further inflamed when she comes to L.A. to spend time with their daughter Mindy (Baker) and her boyfriend Martin (Reiser).

Kathleen Turner will be back on Netflix’s The Kominsky Method for its upcoming final season.

Deadline reports that the -year-old actress will reunite with Michael Douglas once again and reprise her Roz Volander role, which she first appeared as in the second season.

Roz is Sandy’s (Douglas) ex-wife and the mom of their daughter, Mindy. Roz is a highly skilled doctor with whom Sandy has a very volatile relationship.

She comes back to LA to spend time with their daughter.

Kathleen and Michael previously starred together in three movies, with the most recognizable being Romancing The Stone.

The addition of Kathleen fills the void left by Alan Arkin, who announced he would not be returning to the Emmy winning show earlier this summer.

Here’s why he left the show…

Kathleen Turner is spilling some tea about working with the cast of Friends for three episodes as a guest star.

“I’ll be quite honest, which is my wont: I didn’t feel very welcomed by the cast. I remember I was wearing this difficult sequined gown — and my high heels were absolutely killing me. I found it odd that none of the actors thought to offer me a seat. Finally it was one of the older crew members that said, ‘Get Miss Turner a chair.’ The Friends actors were such a clique — but I don’t think my experience with them was unique. I think it was simply that they were such a tight little group that nobody from the outside mattered,” Kathleen told Vulture.

When asked about their their acting abilities, she added, “I won’t comment on that.”

She continued, “Maybe if I’d had months to work with them, I’d be in a better position to evaluate their skill. But I could only judge based on the period I worked on the show, which wasn’t long. I do respect the camaraderie they had. You can see camaraderie on the screen. When I did Body Heat with Larry Kasdan and Bill Hurt, we rehearsed significantly before shooting and there was a familiarity before the camera rolled. You see it in the film.”

If you don’t know, Kathleen played the role of Chandler’s transgender father in three different episodes of the show.

Friends starred Lisa Kudrow as Phoebe Buffay, Matthew Perry as Chandler Bing, Jennifer Aniston as Rachel Green, David Schwimmer as Ross Geller, Courteney Cox as Monica Geller, Matt LeBlanc as Joey Tribbiani.

Jude Law is all smiles while attending a special screening of his new HBO show The Young Pope held at the Crosby Street Hotel on Wednesday (January 11) in New York City.

The 44-year-old actor was joined at the event by writer-director Paolo Sorrentino, as well as Toni Garrn, Kathleen Turner, Lena Hall, Martha Stewart, Gina Gershon, Padma Lakshmi, Mike Myers and Sarita Choudhury, who all came out to show their support.

That same evening, Jude made his way to the Ed Sullivan Theater to make an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where he promoted The Young Pope and talked about the extravagant outfits.

“I understand now. I always thought, you know talking about age, that pope’s walking [hunched down] because they’re old. They’re walking like that because that stuff weighs so much,” Jude revealed. “It’s like wearing six carpets on top of you.”
