Julianne Moore and Julianna Margulies both look stunning in black while walking the red carpet at the Time 100 Gala held at Jazz at Lincoln Center on Tuesday (April 21) in New York City.

The ladies were joined at the event by their husbands, Bart Freundlich and Keith Lieberthal, respectively.

Also in attendance at the event were Faith Hill and Tim McGraw, Barbara Walters, Katie Couric, and Orange Is the New Black‘s Laverne Cox, who added some much needed color to the carpet.

Laverne got another big honor this week. She was named one of People magazine’s most beautiful people!

Julianna is nominated tonight for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Drama for her work on The Good Wife. Her co-star Alan Cumming, who was nominated in the supporting category, also hit the red carpet!

During the Cecil B. Demille Award tribute to George Clooney, Julianna will hit the stage to honor her former ER co-star.

Julianna Margulies and her hubby Keith Lieberthal walk hand-in-hand on a stroll through chilly New York City on Saturday (October 4).

The 48-year-old actress’ show The Good Wife airs tonight on CBS with a special guest star, feminist icon Gloria Steinem.

“I made a fool of myself and then had to e-mail her and had to apologize,” Julianna said during an appearance on Live! with Kelly & Michael when meeting Gloria.

“The show is often called feminist, but … there is sort of a feminist satire going on in it, too. So, it’s really great that (Steinem) came to play. I think when you see the episode, you’ll see there’s some comedy about how she’s involved with it, too,” executive producer Robert King said to USA Today.
