Jason Bateman Teases 'Little Less Stable' Season Three of 'Ozark'

Jason Bateman happily strikes a pose alongside his co-stars Julia Garner and Laura Linney while attending the screening & reception for their Netflix series Ozark held at the Linwood Dunn Theater on Sunday (April 7) in Los Angeles.

The three stars sat down to answer questions about the show at a special Q&A moderated by Mike Fleming Jr..

Jason described his character Marty Byrde as the representative for the audience’s perspective, and in the first season he didn’t want Marty to “get riled up — it might get too noisy. We will go further with that in the next season,” he said (via Deadline). “My character is a little less stable. There will be a more interesting manifestation of that in this next year.”

“For Wendy, they had a marriage that was solid and functioned well, but they didn’t really know each other,” Laura added about playing Jason‘s wife. “They are getting to know each other in ways that they never expected.”
