Kate Beckinsale and her ex-husband Len Wiseman have been separated for three years, but their divorce was never finalized until now.

In the divorce documents, Kate requested that her jewelry and personal effects remain hers. She also asked to keep all of her earnings from after the separation, according to The Blast.

It’s being reported that Kate deeded a home in the Hollywood Hills to Len.

Kate and Len met on the set of their movie Underworld in 2003 and they got married in May 2004. She filed for divorce in October 2016.

Len Wiseman will direct a spinoff of the John Wick franchise, which will be a female-centric movie.

Ballerina will focus ” on a young female assassin who seeks revenge against the people who killed her family,” according to Deadline.

John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum writer Shay Hatten is writing the script for the upcoming film, which will be produced by the John Wick team. Keanu Reeves will serve as an executive producer.

The Ballerina character was featured in a quick moment in the third John Wick movie, but it’s not known if the same actress will play the role again.

Kate Beckinsale‘s estranged husband Len Wiseman has filed for divorce, TMZ has learned.

The 43-year-old director cited irreconcilable differences in the papers, and indicated neither wanted spousal support. It appears as if a pre-nup is in place.

Kate and Len reportedly split last year, as reported by Just Jared. He was seen partying with a young model named CJ Franco and neither have been wearing their wedding rings.

The couple were married in 2004 and have no children together.

It was just revealed that Kate Beckinsale and Len Wiseman separated months ago after 11 years of marriage.

Len, 42, has been spotted out and about with 24-year-old actress CJ Franco several times over the last month and you can see photos of the sightings in the gallery below.

CJ is an aspiring actress and comedian who is also a licensed hairstylist. Her Los Angeles Casting page says that she had a “bit” role in the 2012 movie Project X, she guest starred on Southland and New Girl, and she has also been seen in several commercials.

In an interview that CJ did last year for KenDevo.com, she listed her ideal partner as being a “firefighter-chef-masseuse.” Well, it looks like she has found herself a hot director instead!
