This is sure to make you feel “Good as Hell”!

During an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers on Wednesday (January 27), Gillian Anderson revealed that Olivia Colman convinced the The Crown cast members to perform a dance performance to Lizzo‘s “Good as Hell” while in their royal costumes.

“Olivia apparently does a dance class — in the area that she lives with a bunch of friends — on a regular basis. And the last time she did the class, they had danced to that song,” Gillian, who played Margaret Thatcher on season four, shared. “She asked if we would happen to be interested in maybe doing it.”

After some convincing, Olivia was able to get her cast members to do the dance with her.

“[Olivia said] she would video it, and then she would just share it only with her friends, the other dancers,” Gillian recalled. “It was never meant to see the light of day.”

Seth then shared the clip, Gillian said that still finds the whole situation “so humiliating.”

“I mean, that look on my face,” Gillian said with a laugh. “I don’t even know. There’s such delight and shame all at once.”

Lizzo Responds to Those Upset She Promoted a 10 Day Smoothie Cleanse

Some fans were upset with Lizzo this week, and she just addressed everything on her social media.

If you didn’t see, Lizzo posted a series of videos of her doing a 10-day smoothie detox, showing before and after results of her progress.

Some in the body positivity movement became concerned about the messaging of what a smoothie detox might promote in diet culture.

Lizzo saw the tweets and comments about her journey and she decided to respond.

“As you know, I would normally be so afraid and ashamed to post things like this online because I feel like, as a big girl, people just expect if you are doing something for health, you’re doing it for a dramatic weight loss, and that is not the case,” Lizzo said. “In reality, November stressed me the f**k out, I drank a lot, I ate a lot of spicy things and things that f**ked my stomach up. And I wanted to reverse it and get back to where I was.”

“I’m so proud of myself, I’m proud of my results, my sleep has improved, my hydration, my inner peace, my mental stability, my f**kin’ body, my f**kin’ skin, the whites of my eyes,” she added.”Like, I feel and look like a bad b***h. And that’s it. I’m a big girl who did a smoothie detox. And I wanted to share that with you guys. I got exactly what I wanted out of it, and every big girl should do whatever the f**k they want with their body.”

Fans quickly came to Lizzo‘s defense.

Lizzo Cries in Emotional TikTok About the Reality of Fame: 'It Doesn't Buy You Happiness'

Lizzo is getting candid.

The 32-year-old “Good as Hell” performer posted a TikTok on Sunday (November 16) getting very candid about her struggles with fame, tearing up while talking.

“You can be the coolest, most richest person ever and it doesn’t buy you f—ing happiness. Money doesn’t buy you happiness. Fame only puts a magnifying glass on the s—t that you already have,” she explained.

“And if that s—t is f—ed up, you’re just going to have even more magnified f—ed up s—t in situations where it doesn’t even seem valid or like you’re even like supposed to feel that way and so it f—s you up even more because you feel super f—ing ungrateful,” she went on to say.

“I’m just telling everyone now, anyone who has internal issues or has like any type of self problems that they need to work out, work out now because money, fame, or success or even getting older doesn’t really fix that s—t. You need to just do it. Do the inner work, because no matter where you are if you don’t, it’s going to haunt you like a f—ing ghost.”

“I’m working on it too and today is just not a good day. It’s okay to not have a good day even when it seems like you should.”
