Kerry Washington, Billy Porter, & Janelle Monae Honor Their Friends at Essence Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon!

Kerry Washington, Billy Porter, and Janelle Monae hit the carpet while attending the 2020 Essence Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon on Thursday (February 6) at the Four Seasons’ Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The stars were all at the event to celebrate some of the most successful and inspiring black women in Hollywood!

No Time to Die‘s Lashana Lynch, When They See UsNiecy Nash, Queen & Slim director Melina Matsoukas, and Pose‘s MJ Rodriguez, Angelica Ross, Hailie Sahar, and Janet Mock were all presented with awards during the annual event.

Taraji P. Henson & Tiffany Haddish Arrive in Style for Tyler Perry Studios Grand Opening

Taraji P. Henson strikes a pose behind the roses backdrop as she arrives at the grand opening of Tyler Perry Studios on Saturday (October 5) in Atlanta, Georgia.

The 49-year-old actress looked pretty in a black dress as she attended the event with fiance Kelvin Hayden.

Taraji was also joined at the event by her Empire co-stars Terrence Howard and wife Mira Pak along with Gabourey Sidibe.

Bruno Mars Performs at LA Dodgers Foundation Blue Diamond Gala

Tons of stars stepped out for the Fifth Anniversary Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation Blue Diamond Gala!

Comedian and Night School actress Tiffany Haddish, 39, and Black‑ish actor Anthony Anderson, 48, took part in the festivities as singer Bruno Mars, 33, slayed the stage for an epic performance at Dodger Stadium on Wednesday (June 12) in Los Angeles.

They were joined by Meet the PeetesHolly Robinson Peete, Grey’s Anatomy‘s Loretta Devine, This Is Us‘s Parker Bates and Mackenzie Hancsicsak, ShadowhuntersKatherine McNamara, Young & Hungry‘s Emily Osment, Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile‘s Haley Joel Osment, Station 19‘s Danielle Savre, Grand Hotel‘s Anne Winters, and The Act‘s Calum Worthy.

Also in attendance were retired basketball player Magic Johnson, Extra‘s Mario Lopez, his wife Courtney Lopez, Michael Jackson‘s son Prince Jackson, businesswoman Tina Knowles, and comedians Loni Love and Matt Iseman.

Equality trailblazers Billie Jean King and Ilana Kloss were honored during the event, which raised over $3 million for the foundation’s youth-focused programs.

Sterling K. Brown and wife Ryan Michelle Bathe hit the red carpet at the 2019 NAACP Image Awards on Saturday (March 30) at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old actor was also joined at the event by his This Is Us co-stars Chrissy Metz and Jon Huertas.

The 44-year-old Black-ish star, who is nominated for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series, stepped out at the Nominees Luncheon at Loews Hollywood Hotel on Saturday (January 28) in Hollywood.

Also in attendance were This Is UsSusan Kelechi Watson, singers Chloe x Halle, Scream Queens actress Niecy Nash, Moonlight‘s Trevante Rhodes, True Blood alum Rutina Wesley, Grey’s Anatomy actress Loretta Devine, The Carmichael Show‘s Amber Stevens West, and singer Adrienne Bailon.

The ceremony itself will take place in February.
