Kristen Stewart and Mackenzie Davis will play a couple on the brink of getting engaged in an upcoming romantic comedy titled Happiest Season.

The film “centers on a young woman whose plan to propose to her girlfriend while at her family’s annual holiday party is upended when she discovers her partner hasn’t yet come out to her conservative parents,” according to THR.

The outlet reports that the studio has not confirmed the casting yet, but Stewart and Davis are set as the leads.

Mackenzie is best known for her roles in Tully, Blade Runner 2049, and the series Halt and Catch Fire.

Clea Duvall, who starred in Argo and the HBO show Veep, will direct. She co-wrote the film with Mary Holland.

The first look pic features three of the women in the movie – Natalia Reyes as Dani Ramos, Mackenzie Davis as Grace, and Linda Hamilton, who is returning to the franchise as Sarah Connor.

The 31-year-old actress was seen on the movie’s set on Tuesday (June 19) in Madrid, Spain. These are the first photos we’ve seen from the set of the upcoming reboot. It’s unclear what role Mackenzie is playing just yet.

Sarah Paulson and Tracee Ellis Ross model a jacket from the Levi’s x karla 501 Day collection, which will be available on May 20 to mark the 145th birthday of the blue jean!

Stylist and creative visionary Karla Welch teamed up with Levi’s to put her own creative spin on the iconic 501 jeans and a number of Levi’s classics.

“It’s all very customization focused,” Karla said in a statement. “They’re original designs based on the parameters of utilizing a 501 or an existing Levi’s pattern.”

“I wanted to imagine what the future of vintage was,” she added. “If people inhabit Mars 200 years from now, what are the kids going to wear? This idea of creating something that would eventually become an iconic piece of vintage clothing is the basis of the whole collection.”

Some of the other celebs featured in the portrait series include Busy Philipps, Courtney Eaton, Hailey Baldwin, SZA, Mackenzie Davis, Carolyn Murphy, and Karen O.

Hugh Jackman is all smiles as he steps out for the premiere of Tully on Thursday night (May 3) at The Whitby Hotel in New York City.

The 49-year-old actor looked handsome in a navy suit as he stepped out to support the movie’s director Jason Reitman at the premiere.

Also hitting the red carpet at the premiere were the film’s stars Charlize Theron, Ron Livingston, and Mackenzie Davis.

Earlier that day, Charlize went glam in a black lace dress as she stepped out to promote the new movie.
