Maluma is okay.

The 26-year-old Colombian superstar deactivated his Instagram account on Wednesday (August 19), and it happened right after Neymar, who is reportedly dating Maluma‘s ex Natalia Barulich, seemingly dissed him.

“No one knows why he deactivated it, especially since he’s so open on it. But we know he’s good and safe,” a source told Page Six.

Neymar‘s team, Paris St. Germain, beat RB Leipzig in a UEFA Champions League semi-finals match on Tuesday (August 18), and he posted a video on Instagram singing along to Maluma’s new single, “Hawái,” to celebrate.

The track was an interesting choice since Maluma wrote it about Neymar and Natalia‘s relationship following the split.

“Maluma did not tell Natalia about the song. He wrote it based off of his own personal experiences,” a source previously told the outlet, adding there are “no hard feelings” between Maluma and his ex.

The 2020 MTV VMAs just announced a handful of new performers for the upcoming award show that will be held outdoors in New York City.

The Weeknd, rapper Roddy Ricch, Colombian singer Maluma and boy band CNCO will all join previously announced artists BTS, J Balvin and Doja Cat as performers for the show.

The 2020 MTV Video Music Awards will he held at various outdoor locations around the Big Apple, due to coronavirus safety precautions.

The Weeknd has six nominations at the award show, Roddy earned three of his own nominations, with CNCO at two and Maluma at one.

The 26-year-old Colombian superstar was spotted packing on the PDA with a mystery woman on Monday afternoon (August 10) in New York City.

Maluma and the mystery woman stopped by NOMO Kitchen where they enjoyed lunch outside. During their date, the two were seen sharing a few kisses while Maluma caressed her face.

Maluma showed off his cool style in a striped shirt paired with yellow, linen pants and black Birkenstock sandals for his lunch date.

Not too long ago, Maluma revealed that he had a crush on this very famous model.

Last month, Maluma showed off his hot bod while going shirtless on a bike ride in Miami.

Maluma is back with new music!

The 26-year-old Colombian superstar released his new single “Hawai” - along with the music video to go along with it.

The video – which was filmed in Miami – follows Maluma arguing with his girlfriend before they break up. On her wedding day to another man, Maluma crashes the ceremony hoping to win her back.

“Hawai” is the first single off of Maluma‘s upcoming album, which he plans on releasing later this year.

“My first album [this year] is about to come,” Maluma said in an interview with Apple Music. “I had this chance to know myself again in this crazy s–t that is going on. So, I decided to make the music that I just wanted to do. ‘Hawái’ for sure is the first single of my new album.”

It was recently announced that Maluma was nominated for an award at the 2020 MTV VMAs!

Get ready for a new song from Jennifer Lopez and Maluma!

The 50-year-old entertainer took to Instagram to share a few photos in the studio with the 26-year-old Colombian singer.

“Are you ready?” Jennifer wrote along with the photos, which Maluma also shared on his Instagram.

As of right now, the two singers have not announced the name of their collab or when it will be released.

Since late last year, Jennifer and Maluma have been filming their upcoming rom-com Marry Me with Owen Wilson.

According to Deadline, “Marry Me centers on a pop superstar (Lopez) who, moments before marrying her rock-star fiancé (Maluma) at Madison Square Garden, finds out he was cheating with her assistant and spontaneously melts down onstage and picks a random math teacher (Wilson) out of the crowd to marry instead. What starts as a goof ends up becoming an exploration of relationships, expectations and destiny.”

During an interview back in February, Jennifer revealed that she has “six to eight” songs on the soundtrack while Maluma will also have a few of his own songs.

Jennifer also made a surprise appearance during Maluma‘s concert in New York City back in October.

The 26-year-old Colombian-born singer wore a pair of tight white shorts for the ride where he was joined by a friend, who was trailing behind them, as they arrived back at his home.

Maluma also had wireless headphones in his ears as he rode along to the music.

Last month, Maluma showed off his home in Colombia while in quarantine.
