Megyn Kelly Reveals How She Would Have Controlled Trump's Interruptions During Debate

Megyn Kelly thinks she would have handled the presidential debate better than Chris Wallace.

“Had it been me out there, I would have said, ‘I want control of the cameras and I want control of the mics,’” Megyn told Extra. “Let me tell you something, if I looked at Donald Trump and said, ‘Mr. Trump, I appreciate that you want to be heard and I’ve turned off your mic and the camera is on me, so no one can see you or hear you when you’re interrupting,’ that would have stopped it. And that would have stopped Biden, who was also interrupting.”

Celebrities called out Chris for his poor job at stopping Donald Trump for his near-constant interruptions of Joe Biden.

The View's Sunny Hostin Says Megyn Kelly Has Changed Since They First Met

The View‘s Sunny Hostin and Megyn Kelly used to work together at Fox News many years ago…and now Sunny is opening up about how much she has changed.

“She’s changed a bit from the person that I knew,” Sunny wrote in her memoir “I Am These Truths” (via People). She added that they had “a friendly relationship” and they “don’t anymore.”

“I was shocked that she morphed into this, you know, ‘Santa Claus ain’t black, and there’s no Black Jesus,’ this right winger. Because that is not the Megyn that I met, and that is not the Megyn that I knew. I don’t know that that is the real Megyn, the blackface Megyn,” Sunny said, adding she has been “really tone deaf for this time in our history — for any time in our history.”

Megyn Kelly Calls Out HBO Max for Removing 'Gone with the Wind'

Megyn Kelly is taking a stand against HBO Max’s removal of Gone with the Wind from the streaming platform due to racism.

First, the former Fox News and Today host tweeted, “Are we going to pull all of the movies in which women are treated as sex objects too? Guess how many films we’ll have left?Where does this end??”

She then added, “Ok @hbomax – let’s do this – every episode of “Friends” needs to go right now. If not, you hate women (& LGBTQ ppl, who also don’t fare well on “Friends”). Obviously Game of Thrones has to go right now. Anything by John Hughes … Woody Allen… could go on & on… & on…& on…”

If you missed it, earlier this year, Megyn was in a Twitter feud with another celebrity.

Megyn Kelly Had to Tell Her Son That His Teacher Died from Coronavirus

Megyn Kelly is opening up about telling her 10-year-old son Edward Yates that his music teacher had died from coronavirus.

The music teacher, Don Sorel, passed away earlier this month.

“I’m in the middle of this joyful moment with Yates and [my husband Doug] shows me the [news] and it’s like, ‘Oh my God, what am I going to do? Am I going to ruin this moment? But he’s got to know. We have to tell them because all the boys are Zooming and they’re all on this group text where they text every 2 minutes. There’s no keeping it from him,’” Megyn said in a new interview with People.

“I couldn’t get it out without crying, and then he cried. We held each other,” she said.

Megyn opened up further about how she told Yates.

“I said, ‘I have something to tell you about Mr. Sorel.’ And I think maybe [Yates] was wondering if it was more good news because the last update had been good,” she said. “And then we said, ‘It’s bad news.’ And he just looked confused. And we were confused too.”

“You have to explain that doesn’t necessarily mean anything when it comes to this disease,” she added. “We talked about what was going to happen at school and they were going to honor him the next day and that the boys would probably be talking about it, and maybe we could write another note to Mr. Sorel’s now-widow, which we did.”

We’re sending our thoughts and condolences to Mr. Sorel‘s loved ones during this time.

Just recently, Megyn Kelly‘s husband, Doug Brunt, revealed what he thought about Charlize playing his wife in Bombshell.

“Physically it was there. I thought the voice was forced, trying to get down deep. I just thought it was a little one dimensional and just didn’t capture some of your humor,” he shared during a segment on Megyn‘s NBC show. “I thought she did a nice, you know, she’s talented.”

Recently, Charlize talked about Megyn‘s own reaction to her performance.

“I think she was incredibly kind,” she shared on GMA. “I’ve always said that I have great empathy for all the women who have to watch this film because I do think that even though there is a catharsis around it. It’s also having to go back to a place and time in your life that you don’t want to be defined by. And you just maybe want to put it behind you.”

Megyn quote tweeted that tweet and responded, “Because everything is racist. Everything. Even fighting back against terrorists who kill Americans. Nike, feeling proud?”

Megyn Kelly Reacts to Watching Charlize Theron Play Her in 'Bombshell'

Megyn Kelly is sharing her reaction after seeing Bombshell for the first time.

The 49-year-old television personality was portrayed by Charlize Theron in the new film which chronicles the downfall of Roger Ailes and the Fox News sexual harassment scandal from the point of view of herself, Gretchen Carlson and fictional character Kayla Pospisil.

“While the movie Bombshell is loosely based on my experience during the sexual harassment scandal at Fox News, I have nothing to do with this film. I did not sell the rights to my story or book and only got my first look at the film once it was past the point of any possible edits, though there are certainly some I would have made,” Megyn wrote on her Instagram.

She continued, “Watching this picture was an incredibly emotional experience for me, and for those with whom I saw it. Sexual harassment is pervasive in this country; it can leave scars that do not heal. My heart goes out to those who’ve gone through it, who I hope might find some comfort in this story.”

Megyn added that she will share more thoughts on the film soon.

Bombshell is in select theaters now.
