Reese Witherspoon & Octavia Spencer Premiere ‘Truth Be Told’

Reese Witherspoon and Octavia Spencer are premiering their upcoming show Truth Be Told!

The executive producers hit the red carpet for the premiere of the Apple TV+'s series on Monday night (November 11) at AMPAS Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, Calif.

They were also joined by the cast of the show including Michael Beach, Aaron Paul, Elizabeth Perkins, Ron Cephas Jones, Mekhi Phifer, Ray Stoney, Lyndon Smith, Tracie Thoms, Ashley Romans and Lizzy Caplan.

The new series follows a true-crime podcaster who tries to solve the mystery surrounding a family patriarch's death when new evidence arises that suggests her original suspect may have been wrongfully convicted.

Truth Be Told premieres on December 6th.

Ariana Grande and Hailee Steinfeld set the stage on fire during the iHeartRadio Music Festival on Saturday (September 24) in Las Vegas.

The two singers performed just ahead of Zedd, who truly set off fireworks during his performance at the annual festival.

Earlier in the day, Hailee performed during the Daytime Village.

‘Roots’ 2016 – Full Cast List & Character Descriptions

The 2016 remake of the Roots mini-series premiered on History Channel tonight and you can meet the full cast right here.

Malachi Kirby was introduced to the world in the first night of the mini-series as the important character Kunta Kinte.

Other stars who will be featured in the four episodes include Forest Whitaker, Laurence Fishburne, Anna Paquin, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Anika Noni Rose, and more!

Roots is a historical portrait of American slavery recounting the journey of one family's will to survive, endure and ultimately carry on their legacy despite enormous hardship and inhumanity. Spanning multiple generations, the lineage begins with young Kunta Kinte who is captured in his homeland in The Gambia and transported in brutal conditions to colonial America where he's sold into slavery. Throughout the series, the family continues to face adversity while bearing witness and contributing to notable events in U.S. history – including the Revolutionary and Civil Wars, slave uprisings and eventual emancipation.

Shailene Woodley and Theo James make an appearance at the Kiss 92.5 radio station and The Morning Show on Thursday (March 6) in Toronto, Canada.

The 22-year-old actress and the 29-year-old actor are promoting their new film Divergent right now around the world.

The night before, Maggie Q and Mekhi Phifer were in attendance for a screening of the movie in San Francisco.

Shailene recently chatted with THR in an in-depth interview and she was asked if she adheres to a particular religion. "My religion is the Earth, man," she answered. "I believe in trees."

Shailene Woodley & Theo James: New ‘Divergent’ Poster!

Check out this brand new poster for the highly anticipated movie Divergent featuring Shailene Woodley and Theo James.

New character posters were also released for the film earlier this week Miles Teller, Zoe Kravitz, Jai Courtney, Maggie Q, and Mekhi Phifer.

Here is the film's synopsis: In a future world where people are divided into distinct factions based on their personalities, Tris Prior is warned she is Divergent and will never fit into any one group. When she discovers a conspiracy to destroy all Divergents, she must find out what makes being Divergent so dangerous before it's too late.
