Tim Burton Begins Production on 'Dumbo,' Debuts Set Photo

Production has begun on Tim Burton‘s upcoming live-action reimagining of the Disney classic Dumbo and the studio just shared a photo of the director on set!

Colin Farrell, Michael Keaton, Danny DeVito, and Eva Green have been confirmed to star in the film alongside newcomers Nico Parker and Finley Hobbins in their first film roles.

Disney’s new live-action feature film Dumbo introduces Holt Farrier (Farrell), a former circus star who finds his life turned upside down when he returns from the war. Circus owner Max Medici (DeVito) enlists Holt to care for a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him a laughingstock in an already struggling circus. But when Holt’s children (Parker and Hobbins) discover that Dumbo can fly, persuasive entrepreneur V.A. Vandevere (Keaton) and an aerial artist named Colette Marchant (Green) swoop in to make the peculiar pachyderm a star.

Dumbo has a release date set for March 29, 2019.

Is There a 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' End Credits Scene?

Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters tonight and fans will want to know if there’s an end credits scene after the film!

Well, this being a Marvel movie, there’s of course something special after the credits! There are actually TWO additional scenes after the credits, so definitely stay in your seat.

The first one happens mid-way through the credits and the second one is after the credits finish rolling altogether.

The film also stars Tom Holland as Spider-Man, with Robert Downey Jr., Jon Favreau, Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Bokeem Woodbine, Donald Glover, Hannibal Buress, Martin Starr, Tony Revolori, and more.

Tom Holland & Zendaya Premiere 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' in Hollywood

Tom Holland suits up for the premiere of his upcoming movie Spider-Man: Homecoming on Wednesday night (June 28) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The 21-year-old actor was joined on the red carpet by his co-star Zendaya who was a vision in a pink dress for the premiere.

Fellow Spider-Man co-stars at the premiere included Robert Downey Jr, Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Laura Harrier, Jon Favreau, and Garcelle Beauvais.

Other stars spotted at the premiere included Logan Browning, Karen Gillan, Ashley Iaconetti, Drake Bell, Jason Derulo, and Spider-Man creator Stan Lee.

Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters on July 7.

Tom Holland & Robert Downey, Jr. Hit Up 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' NYC Photocall

Tom Holland poses for a pic with Robert Downey Jr. and Michael Keaton during the Spider-Man: Homecoming photocall held at The Whitby Hotel in New York City on Sunday (June 25).

The three actors joined almost the whole cast — Zendaya, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Marisa Tomei, Jacob Batalon, and director Jon Watts — to chat up the film, which opens next month.

Zendaya recently dished about how the movie embraces diversity.

“That was one of my favorite parts about this movie is the diversity of the cast,” she says. “It’s reflecting what New York looks like. It should be represented in that way, I think.”

Zendaya adds, “I think everybody is also very distinct characters and it’s fun to see how everybody works with each other, and I love the awkwardness and the funny that comes out of those real moments in high school that we’ve all been through.”

'American Assassin' Debuts Red Band Trailer With Dylan O'Brien & Michael Keaton

Things get intense in the new red band trailer for American Assassin!/strong> is action-packed!

The film, which stars Dylan O’Brien, follows his character as he sets out for revenge following the death of his fiancĂ©e in a terrorist attack.

Dylan‘s character gets recruited by black ops and is trained by a CIA agent, played by Michael Keaton, to track and kill terrorists.

He eventually gets dispatched to join a Turkish agent on a mission to stop a mysterious operative from unleashing chaos of international proportions.

American Assassin is set to hit theaters on September 15th.

Dylan O'Brien & 'American Assassin' Cast Get Intense Character Posters!

Check out Dylan O’Brien looking all intense on the first character posters for his movie American Assassin!

The movie follows the rise of Mitch Rapp (O’Brien) a CIA black ops recruit under the instruction of Cold War veteran Stan Hurley (Michael Keaton). The pair is then enlisted by CIA Deputy Director Irene Kennedy (Sanaa Lathan) to investigate a wave of apparently random attacks on both military and civilian targets. Together the three discover a pattern in the violence leading them to a joint mission with a lethal Turkish agent (Shiva Negar) to stop a mysterious operative (Taylor Kitsch) intent on starting a World War in the Middle East.

Michael Keaton In Talks to Play Villain in 'Dumbo' Remake

Michael Keaton is reportedly in talks to play the role of the villain in the upcoming Dumbo live-action remake.

The 65-year-old actor would play a man who acquires the circus in order to exploit the lovable elephant Dumbo and his mother, according to Variety.

Danny DeVito will be playing the original owner of the circus and others in talks to join the film are Colin Farrell and Eva Green.

Tim Burton is set to direct the upcoming film for Disney. This will be the first project that Burton and Keaton work on together since 1992′s Batman Returns.
