Actor Michael Madsen was arrested for a misdemeanor DUI on Sunday night (March 24) in Malibu, Calif.

The 61-year-old actor – who is well known for his work in Quentin Tarantino movies including Kill Bill, Hateful Eight, and Reservoir Dogs – got into a single car accident while driving his Land Rover, TMZ reports.

He was reportedly given a sobriety test and his Blood alcohol content (BAC) was .10, with the legal limit being .08. He was then taken into custody.

He previously got a DUI back in 2012 and he went to rehab afterwards.

Quentin Tarantino is opening up about Reservoir Dogs, 25 years after is premiere.

The 54-year-old director and actor screened the film as part of the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival on Friday (April 28) in New York City.

Quentin was joined by the film’s other stars Steve Buscemi, Michael Madsen, Harvey Keitel and Tim Roth.

During a panel after the screening, Quentin spilled about the film’s premiere at Sundance Film Festival.

“It was kind of a disaster. They didn’t have a scope lens for the projector, but I let them show it anyway because I didn’t know you couldn’t, so it looked like caca. Then when it got to the final climax, the lights came up, but then someone realized and shut the lights. Then at the height of it all, when everyone is pointing their guns at each other, the power went out. It was a f**king disaster,” Quentin explained.

The 52-year-old actor director was joined on the carpet by stars of the film, Kurt Russell and Michael Madsen.

The film, which premiered last year, is currently nominated for three Oscars including Best Achievement in Cinematography and Best Original score.

Jennifer Jason Leigh is also nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film.
