Mick Jagger is at a loss for words after hearing about the death of his girlfriend L’Wren Scott.

“He is completely shocked and devastated by the news,” the 70-year-old rocker’s rep shared with JustJared.com.

In case you didn’t know, L’Wren, who was a fashion designer, was found hanging in her Manhattan apartment earlier this morning (March 17) by her assistant.

Mick and L’Wren had been dating since 2001.

If you remember, the 26-year-old singer put Mick‘s name into her hit 2009 song “Tik Tok” with the lyric: “Now, the dudes are lining up cause they hear we got swagger/But we kick em to the curb unless they look like Mick Jagger.”

Also in attendance at the event was Rashida Jones with Will Peltz, Community‘s Gillian Jacobs, Stacy Keibler, Mick‘s girlfriend and designer of the evening L’Wren Scott, Jaimie Alexander with her stylist Emilie Pereira and celeb colorist Tracey Cunningham, and JustJared.com‘s Jared Eng.

Carrie Underwood rocks out with Mick Jagger while performing as the surprise guest at the Rolling Stones‘ 50 & Counting Tour show at the Air Canada Centre on Saturday (May 25) in Toronto, Canada.

“I’m pretty sure tonight is going to be one of the greatest nights of my life! I’m singing with THE ROLLING STONES!!! Still can’t believe it!” the 30-year-old singer tweeted before the show. “Just had rehearsals! The guys are so great! They made this country girl feel right at home!”

“I just sang with the @RollingStones! Holy cow! I walked off stage and said, “What just happened?!” Still can’t believe it! :)” Carrie wrote after performing “It’s Only Rock & Roll” with the guys.

“8 years ago today, I won @AmericanIdol and tonight, I sang with the @RollingStones! Wow, so much has happened! #Thankful,” she addded.

FYI: Carrie is wearing a Stella & Dot Renegade Cluster Bracelet.

The next night, Katy was spotted leaving the Chateau Marmont with a gal pal.

Lady Gaga takes the stage with Mick Jagger and the rest of the Rolling Stones for their concert at the Prudential Center on Saturday night (December 15) in Newark, NJ.

The 26-year-old entertainer was not the only celeb to make an appearance at the concert: John Mayer, Bruce Springsteen, and The Black Keys also sang with the legendary rock band.

Earlier in the day, Gaga was spotted leaving her hotel in a cage like mask in New York City.

Kristen Wiig gave her final performance as a regular cast member on Saturday Night Live during the show’s season finale on Saturday (May 19).

The episode featured guest host Mick Jagger, who doubled as the evening’s musical guest.

During the final sketch of the night, the entire cast appeared in graduation caps and gowns with Mick playing a teacher.

“Many of you are moving onto college, but I’d like to take a moment to say goodbye to one particular student who is leaving this summer… to become a nun,” Mick said before calling Kristen up to briefly slow dance with each cast member.

SNL creator Lorne Michaels even appeared as the final dance partner while Kristen could barely contain her tears.
