Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is a dad!

The 38-year-old Jersey Shore star and wife Lauren welcomed their first child on Thursday (May 27), they confirmed on social media.

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino needs to get his community hours up.

The 38-year-old Jersey Shore star’s probation officer is reportedly unhappy, because she just asked a judge to reprimand him for falling behind on his community service hours, according to documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday (December 8).

Mike has only completed 18 of the 500 hours of community service he was ordered to complete as part of his tax evasion sentence, according to the documents.

The probation officer says she’s talked to Mike about where to volunteer in his community, including ideas like Toys for Tots, his church and several food banks, but he’s only done 18 hours since being released in 2019. He was also scheduled to volunteer in August, but did not attend due to coronavirus concerns.

The probation officer says she’s reminded him “at nearly every interaction to find a venue for community service, including service that could be performed from home.”

The judge is now issuing a written warning. He was released from prison back in September of 2019 after serving eight months.

He and his wife also just made a big announcement.

There’s going to be another Jersey Shore baby!

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and wife Lauren took to Instagram on Tuesday (November 24) to announce that they are expecting their first child together.

We have a Baby Situation 🤰” the 38-year-old reality star wrote along with photos with Lauren, 35, and their dog Mosey with “Baby Sorrentino May 2020″ written in flour across their kitchen island.

“Our biggest blessing is on it’s way 🤰🏼🙏🏼🎁 @itsbabysituation,” Lauren wrote on her Instagram along with the same pics.

Mike proposed to Lauren on Valentine’s Day in 2018 and married that November.

Just three months after their wedding, Mike went to prison for tax evasion. He was released in September 2019 after serving eight months. Not long after his release, Lauren found out she was pregnant, but sadly suffered a miscarriage.

Jersey Shore: Family Vacation is moving forward without one of its beloved stars.

MTV announced on Thursday (June 25) that the show will be coming back for a fourth season.

As previously announced and later revealed on the Season 3 finale, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi said she would be leaving the show.

The episode followed Angelina Pivarnick‘s wedding to Chris Larangeira last November, which spiraled into drama.

“I just love my roomies, always. Jersey Shore is literally my life. I never would have met my best friends, so the fact that is has to end like this, for me, it really sucks,” she said during the episode.

Jersey Shore originally debuted in 2009, and was later rebooted as Family Vacation in 2018 with the original cast, minus Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola.

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Deena Cortese and Jenni “JWoww” Farley made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday (February 7), guest-hosted by Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg.

During the appearance on the show, Snooki talked about why she will not be returning to the long-running reality show, and the cast members later play a game of “Spill The Tea” with the guest hosts.

Jersey Shore star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has been released from prison after eight months behind bars.

“We are elated to finally close this chapter of our life,” the 37-year-old reality star and his wife Lauren Pesce said in a statement to E! News. “Thank you to our family, friends and fans for the continuous love and support during this time, it brought us so much peace and comfort. We look forward to continuing our life as husband and wife and working on baby situations! We truly believe that the comeback is ALWAYS greater than the setback and we can’t wait to show the world ours.”

The Situation was found guilty of one count of tax evasion, and he isn’t done serving time just yet. He will now have to do two years of supervised release with 500 hours of community service.
