Chace Crawford and Miles Teller are golfing buds!

The 35-year-old Gossip Girl actor met up with the 33-year-old Whiplash actor for a round of golf at a golf course on Sunday afternoon (August 23) in Glendale, Calif.

Chace and Miles were joined by an instructor as they practiced hitting a couple golf balls around on the green before they started playing a game.

The guys’ golf outing comes a day after Chace was spotted stocking up on some groceries while out in Los Angeles.

It’s clear that Chace has been staying in great shape during the quarantine and he’ll be ready to get back to work on The Boys once production resumes. The Amazon Prime Video series will return for season two next month and a third season has already been confirmed.

Miles looked like he worked up a good sweat during his workout, and was seen heading out in sunglasses and a hat, carrying a refreshing drink.

The 33-year-old actor has some exciting movie news that was just announced – he will star in the upcoming movie Not Without Hope.

The movie is based on a real-life boating tragedy and Miles will be playing Schuyler, the lone survivor.

THR reports that Miles‘ character “Schuyler, who along with best friend Will Bleakley and NFL players Marquis Cooper and Corey Smith, set off for in 2009 from Clearwater, Florida for a day trip to their favorite fishing spot 70 miles out in the Gulf of Mexico. However, as a severe storm headed their way, a trapped anchor and a traffic mistake in trying to free it caused the boat to capsize, throwing the four violently into the freezing water. With the U.S. Coast Guard air and sea rescue mission beaten back by the ferocity of the storm, the group had to fight to survive in the ultimate test of teamwork and endurance.”

SPOILER ALERT: “While Bleakley, Cooper and Smith would tragically succumb to hyperthermia, Schuyler was eventually rescued after 46 hours in the 60-degree waters.”

NFL star Russell Wilson and his wife Ciara will be executive producers on the project.

The day before, Miles was spotted at the gym getting in a workout.

Just recently, Miles opened up about his upcoming film, Top Gun: Maverick, and revealed that he definitely underestimated the movie.

“I think I underestimated the amount of work,” he confessed to L’Officiel magazine. “I didn’t realize how tough the flying was gonna be. There’s no green screen; we’re actually in the jets the whole time. We had three months of flight training and then we filmed for several months; it was about a year of production for me.”

Miles added, “It was really tough, but getting to work with Tom [Cruise] and the rest of the cast, kind of the next generation of pilots, it was wonderful and I have so much respect for the military.”

“Regardless of your political views, what those men and women are sacrificing is truly commendable and very honorable. I always enjoy it when I get to learn about somebody’s profession a little more.”
