Joey King has a new thriller movie being released in just a few weeks and you can watch the first official trailer now!

The Lie is a movie that Joey made a few years ago and it will finally be released as part of the Welcome to Blumhouse series on Amazon Prime Video.

Here is the synopsis: When their teenaged daughter (King) confesses to impulsively killing her best friend, two desperate parents (Mireille Enos and Peter Sarsgaard) attempt to cover up the horrific crime, leading them into a complicated web of lies and deception.

The Lie will start streaming for all Amazon Prime subscribers starting on October 6.

Joey will soon start filming a very exciting new movie alongside one of last year’s Oscar-winning actors. We can’t wait!

Hanna follows the journey of an extraordinary young girl (Creed-Miles) raised in the forest, as she evades the relentless pursuit of an off-book CIA agent and tries to unearth the truth behind who she is.

The show marks a reunion for Mireille and Joel, who starred on the AMC series The Killing.

The movie Hanna is being remade into a new series for Amazon Prime Video and the first episode will be available after the 2019 Super Bowl ends!

Newcomer Esme Creed-Miles is playing the title role and she’s seen in an action-packed ad that will air during the big game.

In equal parts high-concept thriller and coming-of-age drama, Hanna follows the journey of an extraordinary young girl raised in the forest, as she evades the relentless pursuit of an off-book CIA agent and tries to unearth the truth behind who she is.

Joel Kinnaman and Mireille Enos also star in the new series, which will debut in full this March.
