Ne-Yo is a dad of five!

The 41-year-old singer and wife Crystal Renay have welcomed their third child together, making him a dad of five over all.

Ne-Yo is getting personal about his sex life.

The 41-year-old “Miss Independent” singer-songwriter revealed that wife Crystal Renay won’t let him get a vasectomy yet in an interview with TooFab.

“She decided that she doesn’t want any more children, and I’m following her lead on that,” he said of his wife, who is currently pregnant.

“No, no , no — not getting the surgery. Now mind you…my plan was to get the surgery, but she was like, ‘No, no, no, don’t get the surgery because if we ever decide we do want anymore kids then we can’t do it,’” he went on to say.

“I’m like, ‘You just said you didn’t want more kids?’ And she was like ‘I don’t want no more kids right now, but what if I want some…’ I’m like, ‘Oh.’ So this last one is the plan, and then if God decides he wants us to have some more, I guess we’ll have some more.”

The couple got married back in 2016, and welcomed son Shaffer Chimere Smith, Jr. that same year. Their second son Roman was born in 2018.

Ne-Yo is going to be a dad again!

The 41-year-old musician took to Instagram on Sunday (February 21) to announce that he and wife Crystal Renay are going to have another baby.

“Overjoyed to announce……the family is expanding…👶🏽! #Number5❤️ #5thandFinal #BlessingsOnBlessings🙏🏾 @itscrystalsmith 🥰🥰🥰 You ready baby? Let’s go!” Ne-Yo wrote along with a video of he and Crystal in their bathroom. In the video, Crystal poses in just a pair of underwear in front of a mirror while Ne-Yo covers her breasts with one arm and caresses her growing baby bump with the other.

This will be the couple’s third child together, and Ne-Yo‘s fifth. Ne-Yo and Crystal are already parents to sons Roman Alexander-Raj, 2½, and Shaffer Chimere Jr., 5. Ne-Yo is also dad to son Mason Evan, 9, and daughter Madilyn Grace, 10, from his previous relationship.

The couple, who have been married since 2016, briefly split in early 2020, but reconciled a few months later.

Naya Rivera is being honored by her Step Up: High Water co-stars with a heartbreaking clip from the Starz series.

Ne-Yo and Terrence Green posted the same clip from the show of Naya singing a bar of “Amazing Grace” and it will bring tears to your eyes.

The scene happened in the latest season of the show, which first aired on YouTube and will now be shown on Starz.

In fact, season three of the show is still yet to air on the network and will possibly be Naya‘s last project to premiere.

“7/12/2020 …my only bday wish is to #FindNaya #BringNayaHome 💫 #nayarivera,” Terrence posted on Twitter over the weekend, in hopes to find her safe and alive.

After hearing of Naya‘s passing, Kendra Oyesanya posted that she was “sick to my stomach” and then three broken heart emojis.

Ne-Yo added on his Instagram, “Goodbye mama, we’ll miss you. And we’ll never forget you.”

Terayle Hill wrote, “The Step Up family will never be the same 💔 we love you so much Angel.”

Naya was confirmed dead by authorities this afternoon after a five-day search for her body in Lake Piru in California, where she went missing after a swimming accident.

Ne-Yo is putting on an emotional performance.

The 40-year-old “Let Me Love You” singer performed Boyz II Men‘s “It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday” during George Floyd‘s funeral service at the Fountain of Praise Church on Tuesday (June 9) in Houston, Texas.

As he performed, he struggled to get through the entire song, with attendees encouraging him with clapping and cheering to keep singing as he fought back the tears.

The memorial service comes amid global protests in the wake of George Floyd‘s murder, condemning police brutality and systemic racism.

These two movie stars were also in attendance at the intimate ceremony.

Ne-Yo is partying and enjoying the single life.

The 40-year-old entertainer was spotted partying with models after split from wife Crystal Renay at the Paradise Club inside the Edition hotel for the launch of Macy’s Good Brother Apparel in New York City.

“Better than I’ve ever been #pinkyring,” he wrote on his Instagram after the event.

His last music release, Another Kind of Christmas, dropped back in November.

Ne-Yo and his wife Crystal Renay are divorcing.

“It’s slowly but surely becoming public knowledge that myself and my wife have decided to go ahead and get a divorce,” the 40-year-old entertainer said on an episode of the Private Talk With Alexis Texas podcast. “It’s not a sad thing, it’s more of a us realizing- long story short, I’m never gonna talk bad about her. I’m not that person. There’s nothing bad to say about her. She’s a fantastic woman. She’s the mother of my children and she’s always gonna be that and I will always respect her.”

“Long story short, she’s got demons just like everybody else, just like me,” he continued. “We realize that our demons don’t mesh and until both of us get a hold of our personal demons, it’s gonna be just difficult for us to stay married. With that being said, that’s that, that’s the end of that chapter, not the end of the book. Like I said, that’s the mother of my kids and I love her to death. We’re going to be family forever.”

The couple married in 2016. They have two kids: Shaffer Chimere Smith, Jr., born in March of 2016 and Roman Alexander-Raj Smith, born in 2018.
