Nolan Gould will be appearing on tonight’s new episode of ABC’s The Celebrity Dating Game and fans will likely notice how he looks so much more grown up!
The 22-year-old actor went through a physical transformation during the pandemic and he gained a hot new body thanks to some hard work in the gym. Earlier this year, his photo shoot with photographer Rob Echanique was released and you can see the photos here.

Nolan Gould, who grew up in front of our eyes on the show Modern Family, has a newly ripped body!
The 22-year-old actor has been working hard in the gym throughout the pandemic and he put his hot new physique on display in this photo shoot with Rob Echanique.
“I’ve been working out an hour and a half everyday with my friend Michael who is a personal trainer. We have a really cool socially-distant setup that has allowed me to get fit while also being safe,” Nolan told People. “It’s been nice. Especially being unemployed in quarantine, having a reason to get up and stay motivated. It’s been something that’s been very healthy and positive for me in quarantine. It’s really changed my outlook.”
He added, “I kind of split stuff up throughout the day. I do an hour of strength training every day, and then 30 minutes of cardio and core throughout the day.”
Nolan also talked about changing up his diet and cutting out the times he’d eat “four pizzas at once.”
“I’m eating so much healthier, even though there’s less of it,” he told the outlet. “What I get is actually really healthy food for you: lean protein, eating as many vegetables as you want and staying away from things like soda. Nourishing the mind, body, all that. And actually, for me the biggest thing was cutting out alcohol, for me that’s actually been very nice. I feel more clear-headed and have been doing as much writing as possible, being in acting class, taking all the steps I can so when the pandemic’s finally over, hopefully I’ll just be ready to go to work.”

After 11 years on the small screen, Nolan Gould is saying goodbye to Modern Family and Luke Dunphy.
While talking with ABC Audio, the 21-year-old actor joked that one of the things he’ll miss the most – the free food!
“Free food is pretty awesome. I’ve made out like a bandit over the years,” he laughed. “Sometimes I bring Tupperware in with me and, you know, we have leftovers … I bring it home with me.”
Nolan adds that the free food was particularly “great, especially as a young man, 21 years old, that’s how I survive.”
He also shared that the show has changed his life.
“The cast and crew will forever be part of my life and the experiences and the memories,” Nolan shared. “It’s changed me, like, to the core.”

The cast of the hit ABC series – Ty Burrell, Julie Bowen, Sofia Vergara, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Sarah Hyland, Nolan Gould, Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, Ariel Winter, Rico Rodriguez, Jeremy Maguire and Reid Ewing – joined the show’s co-creator Steve Levitan as they addressed the press at the ABC Winter TCA 2020 held on Wednesday (January 8) at The Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, Calif.
Sofia and the cast revealed that Modern Family will air its finale after 11 seasons on April 8, and confirmed that there are no spin-offs in the works involving its large cast.
They also revealed a visit Paris in an episode airing Feb. 12, continuing their tradition of trips to such places as Australia, Hawaii, Las Vegas, New York and Wyoming.
“I was able to do a lot of shopping, so it was perfect,” said Sofia Vergara (via Fox). “I had been working almost 20 years when I got lucky with Modern Family. I might never get a job again, but now I have the money and I can sit in my house.”
Modern Family‘s final season premieres on ABC at Wednesday, September 25!

The young star officially turned 21 at the end of October, but he partied the night away with a celebration at XS Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas on Friday (November 8) in Las Vegas.
Nolan and Ariel were joined by friends like Sarah Gilman and Cody Christian while enjoying a DJ set from Dillon Francis.
On his actual birthday, Nolan posted the following message to Instagram: “An incredible night of celebrating 21 years of life. Thanks to everyone who made my birthday so special. Anyone who knows me knows I can’t stand my own birthday. But after this my heart is very full, and that makes me uncomfortable haha. This one might just have to be a tradition.”
