Caitriona Balfe and Michelle Dockery happily strike a pose together while attending the InStyle Badass Women Dinner sponsored by Secret at the Sunset Tower on Tuesday (January 28) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 40-year-old Outlander actress and the 38-year-old Downtown Abbey star were joined at the event by Maude Apatow, Zoey Deutch, Lake Bell, D'Arcy Carden, Logan Browning, Hunter Schafer, Sydney Sweeney and Baby2Baby co-presidents Kelly Sawyer Patricof and Norah Weinstein.

InStyle editor-in-chief Laura Brown hosted the dinner in celebration of the accomplishments and life's of hardworking women.
"I think it's just amazing when you're in a room full of such accomplished women, and you get to rub off on their genius and their brilliance," Caitriona expressed (via InStyle). "It's just really nice to talk to people who are doing incredible things in the industry, really supporting other women, and making sure that we're all getting our voices heard and having a seat at the table."
