The new movie Black Widow is now in theaters and there’s a newcomer playing young Natasha Romanoff… and she has some ties to the entertainment industry!

The younger version of Scarlett Johansson‘s iconic character is portrayed by newcomer Ever Anderson and this marks her biggest role to date. The film finally will be released on July 9.

Did you know that Ever actually has famous parents? Both her mom and dad are in the film business and they’ve worked together many times.

Ever is currently working on her next movie, Disney’s Peter Pan & Wendy, in which she is playing Wendy.

Milla Jovovich and director husband Paul W.S. Anderson make their way through LAX Airport on Friday (December 21) in Los Angeles.

The 43-year-old actor and the 53-year-old director arrived home after wrapping work on their upcoming movie Monster Hunter.

“What an unforgettable experience this has been, meeting some amazing humans, traveling to some of the most unearthly locations. Everyone worked so hard, this was definitely one of the most challenging films I’ve ever made which says a lot😂, but we all got through it as a team and some of the relationships I’ve made here will hopefully last a lifetime,” Milla wrote on her Instagram account.

She added, “Thank you to my amazing husband #paulwsanderson for making this film a reality. You worked harder than anyone baby!💪🏼💋”

Hugh Jackman is all smiles as he arrives at the 75th Anniversary of Le Petit Prince hosted by Montblanc on Wednesday night (April 4) at the World Trade Center Observatory in New York City.

The 49-year-old actor looked handsome in a navy suit and red tie as he was joined on the red carpet by Rita Ora.

Up next on Milla‘s film slate is the sci-fi action flick Future World – which she stars in alongside James Franco, Lucy Liu, Suki Waterhouse, and Snoop Dogg.

Milla and Paul started dating while working on the first Resident Evil film. They got married in 2009 and have two children together – daughters Ever Gabo, 9, and Dashiel Edan, 2.

ICYMI, Milla recently revealed that she almost quit the the Resident Evil franchise over Michelle Rodriguez‘s character.

Milla Jovovich is opening up about her decision to portray strong, powerful female characters in her movies.

The 41-year-old actress discussed her roles in both The Fifth Element and the Resident Evil series during a recent interview with The New York Times.

“We live in patriarchal society,” she stated. “We’re dealing with it so much in America. So I think it’s more important now to show women in positions of power. If audiences go to see women in action, that means they believe a woman can do that.”

“There’s always going to be some voyeuristic misogyny,” she went on, but noted that directors like her husband Paul W.S. Anderson are examples of men who believe in casting women in these roles.

“When I did The Fifth Element, I realized I was never going to be the girl in the movie that goes ‘watch out’ or ‘help me,’ she added. “I felt like, on a personal level, it felt disrespectful to play the damsel in distress.”

“It’s crazy the stories I’ve heard,” Milla shared about girls who have been inspired by her Resident Evil performance. “The power of a pop-culture image. It’s everything.”
