CBS Exec Talks Status of Pauley Perrette's Claims Against Mark Harmon

Pauley Perrette left her hit CBS series NCIS after the end of season 15 and made a serious allegation against her co-star Mark Harmon.

She tweeted, “I am terrified of Harmon and him attacking me. I have nightmares about it.”

Now, CBS boss Kelly Kahl is speaking out to say that the allegations have been “resolved.”

“I can’t speak to to what she’s addressing in her tweets. She came to us with a workplace concern, we immediately investigated it and resolved it to everyone’s satisfaction, and we’re very happy to have her on the air with us this year. I don’t think she’d be back with us if she had huge concerns,” Kelly said at the TCA Summer Press Tour (via Deadline).

Pauley will be starring in the midseason comedy Broke, which will air on CBS in 2020.

Pauley Perrette has no intention of returning to NCIS.

The 50-year-old actress took to Twitter on Friday (June 7) to confirm the news and to speak out about her former co-star and executive producer Mark Harmon, 67.

“NO I AM NOT COMING BACK! EVER! (Please stop asking?),” Pauley wrote. “I am terrified of Harmon and him attacking me. I have nightmares about it. I have a new show [Broke] that is SAFE AND HAPPY! You’ll love it!#HappyPlace Love y’all!”

“You think I didn’t expect blow back?” she continued, along with photos of a crew member’s black eye and stitches. “You got me wrong. THIS happened To my crew member and I fought like hell to keep it from happening again! To protect my crew! And then I was physically assaulted for saying NO!?and I lost my job.”

“The GOOD STUFF!” she later added along with a promo for Broke. “Sorry about the former truths. This is the future. (Gap year and lots of therapy!) just needed to tell the truth and move ON! Love you guys!”

Pauley Perrette announced she was leaving NCIS back in October 2017 after 15 seasons. Months later, she alleged she faced “multiple physical assaults” on set.

Pauley Perrette Reveals She Was Recently Hospitalized

Pauley Perrette is on the mend after recently been hospitalized.

After she was noticeably absent at the 2019 CBS Upfronts in New York City earlier this week, the 50-year-old former NCIS star took to Twitter to reveal that she was in hospital.

“Well this was my night! No worries, clean bill of health. Just a chance to wear a beautiful gown!” Pauley tweeted along with a photo of herself with an IV in her arm.

As of right now, the reasoning behind Pauley‘s hospitalization is unknown.

Pauley is set to star in the upcoming CBS comedy Broke alongside Jane the Virgin star Jaime Camil. Jaime plays a trust fund baby who is cut off by his rich father only and is forced to move in with his estranged sister-in-law, which Pauley plays.

Pauley Perrette Shows Support for Michael Weatherly Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations

Pauley Perrette is speaking out to show support for her former NCIS co-star Michael Weatherly after he was accused of sexual harassment on the set of his new series Bull.

Eliza Dushku was written off the series and later received a secret settlement of $9.5 million from CBS after she filed a complaint against Weatherly.

Michael released a statement in a New York Times article about the settlement in which he apologized for his actions on set.

In her tweet, Pauley said, “This man… I love, respect, trust, and I KNOW. TWO decades of friendship and respect. The best. I love you @M_Weatherly Always and forever.”

Actress Diona Reasonover has been announced as a series regular to NCIS for season 16, as a replacement for Pauley Perrette‘s character Abby.

The 26-year-old actress will play forensic scientist Kasie Hines, who debuted in a few episodes in season 15 and has now been upped to series regular.

Pauley announced she was leaving the show back in October. Months later, Pauley alleged she faced “multiple physical assaults” while working on the show, and CBS responded to those claims in a statement.

NCIS will return to CBS on September 25 at 8pm ET.

Pauley Perrette opened up this past weekend about the “multiple physical assaults” she claimed to be the victim of on the set of NCIS.

The actress, who just left the long-running CBS series after fifteen seasons, took to Twitter to address speculation over her departure from the show.

“I’ve been supporting ant-bullying programs forever. But now I KNOW because it was ME! If it’s school or work, that you’re required to go to? It’s horrifying. I left. Multiple Physical Assaults. I REALLY get it now. Stay safe. Nothing is worth your safety. Tell someone,” she said.

CBS spoke out on Tuesday (May 15) and said, “Pauley Perrette had a terrific run on NCIS and we are all going to miss her. Over a year ago, Pauley came to us with a workplace concern. We took the matter seriously and worked with her to find a resolution. We are committed to a safe work environment on all our shows.”

Pauley Perrette Leaving 'NCIS' After 15 Seasons

Pauley Perrette has confirmed the rumors that she’s leaving NCIS.

The 48-year-old actress has starred on the series since 2003 in the role of Abby Sciuto. The show is currently airing its 15th season, and Pauley has wrote a note on her Twitter account indicating this season will be her last.

“I hope everyone will love and enjoy EVERYTHING ABBY not only for the rest of this season but for everything she has given all of us for 16 years. All the love, all the laughter, all the inspiration…I love her as much as you do,” she wrote.
