The sixth annual Red Nose Day Special is airing TONIGHT (May 21) on NBC and there are lots of celebrities who are involved in the event.

The two-hour television event raises awareness and life-changing funds for children in need in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and some of the world’s poorest communities.

The evening will kick off with the Celebrity Escape Room special at 8pm ET/PT and then the Red Nose Day Special airs at 9pm ET/PT.

This Is Us co-stars Mandy Moore and Justin Hartley will be co-hosting the event. In addition to the unforgettable music performances and original sketches, viewers will also see short compelling films that show how donations to Red Nose Day are used to change and save the lives of children living in poverty across America and around the world.

Anne Hathaway and Olivia Munn sit in the dunk tank while waiting to be dunked into water during the Red Nose Day Special on Thursday (May 25) in New York City.

Olivia was sitting in the dunk tank throughout the show and she was supposed to be dunked when the telethon reached $40 million raised. She was prematurely dunked though, so Anne got up there and was dunked after they hit that mark!

A bunch of celebrities will be running the American Ninja Warrior course in a special episode of the NBC competition series for Red Nose Day!

Each of the celebs will be paired with one of the show’s pro athletes, who will coach them on the best way to train for the obstacle course.

Red Nose Day airs on NBC on Thursday night (May 24) starting at 8/7c. Celebrity Ninja Warrior will be followed by a special episode of Hollywood Game Night and the Red Nose Day Special, hosted by Chris Hardwick, will close out the evening at 10pm.

Kellan Lutz wears the red nose while walking the carpet at the Red Nose Day charity event held at the Hammerstein Ballroom on Thursday (May 21) in New York City.

The 30-year-old Bullseye host offered to strip down to his birthday suit in exchange for donations. Unfortunately, we only got to see the upper portion of his body!

Julianne Moore is pretty in pink while speaking onstage during NBC’s Red Nose Day Charity telecast held at Hammerstein Ballroom on Thursday (May 21) in New York City.

The 54-year-old actress was on hand to introduce The Voice winner Sawyer Fredericks, who performed John Lennon‘s legendary hit “Imagine.”

Julianne wasn’t the only one supporting the event, Olivia Wilde was also seen bringing awareness to Red Nose Day, which raises money for children struggling with poverty.

“Just met @StephenMerchant backstage at @RedNoseDayUS -i am pretty sure he is going to steal my material. #CHF #donate,” Julianne tweeted with a pic of herself at the telecast.

Earlier in the week, Olivia was spotted enjoying a walk with her pet pooch Paco in the Big Apple.
