This is the first time Charles and the Queen have been pictured out publicly together in quite some time, and the first time since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Frogmore Cottage is where Harry and Meghan live while in England. Frogmore House is in the same area.

This Actress Joined The British Royal Family 10 Years Before Meghan Markle Did

Before Meghan Markle, there was another actress who married into the British royal family – Sophie Winkleman.

If you’re unfamiliar with Sophie, you might remember her from her starring role on Two and A Half Men as Zoey, the love interest to Ashton Kutcher‘s character for four seasons.

Sophie is also known for her appearances in The Chronicles of Narnia, Sanditon, The Palace and Peep Show.

Almost 10 years before Meghan married Prince Harry, Sophie married Frederick Windsor of Kent, who is the son of Queen Elizabeth‘s cousin, Prince Michael.

After their 2009 wedding, Sophie and Frederick moved to Los Angeles where she expanded her career in Hollywood.

“People in my business in America didn’t know anything about it, because they’d just see ‘Sophie Winkleman’ on the sheet and I’d go and do the audition and then get the job or not,” she shared in a recent interview with Insider. “And they didn’t find anything out about me. They just knew me from my acting, which was quite important to me.”

Sophie, who is known as Lady Frederick of Windsor in her royal duties, did speak of her own experience with “The Firm”, which Meghan spoke about during her interview with Oprah Winfrey.

“I can only speak from personal experience, but when I first went to Buckingham Palace to meet the Queen for the Christmas lunch, she was incredibly welcoming and kind,” she shared. “I’ve only had positive, caring, warmth from all of them.”

She and Frederick call London home with their two daughters, Maud, 7, and Isabella, 5.

Maud was even a bridesmaid in Princess Eugenie‘s wedding in 2018 to Jack Brooksbank.

Smart Works is an organization that provides help by sharing tips and professional attire for job interviews.

This was one of several personal patronages that Meghan kept after she and Prince Harry formally left their positions as senior royals.

Princes William & Harry Will Still Attend Princess Diana Memorial Together This Summer

Prince William and Prince Harry might still have some tension between them, however, it’s reported that the brothers will attend the Princess Diana memorial unveiling this summer in England.

A royal expert named Russell Myers revealed on British talk show Lorraine that the event is moving forward and will take place this summer, with the Duke of Cambridge and Duke of Sussex in attendance.

“I can exclusively reveal that William is still committed, as is Harry, to get together on July 1 for the unveiling of the Princess Diana statue at Kensington Gardens,” Russell claimed. “This could be a monumental period for the brothers.”

William and Harry commissioned the statue, which will stand at Kensington Palace, three years ago and it will mark the 23rd anniversary of Diana’s tragic death.

“The Princes hope that the statue will help all those who visit Kensington Palace to reflect on their mother’s life and her legacy,” read a statement from Kensington Palace at the time.

The memorial will “recognize her positive impact in the UK and around the world.”

The news comes just after William spoke out about Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle‘s tell-all interview with Oprah, where accusations of race were addressed.

Here’s what he said…

Sweden's Princess Victoria & Prince Daniel Are Positive For Coronavirus

Sweden’s Crown Princess Victoria and her husband, Prince Daniel, have tested positive for coronavirus.

The news comes months after Victoria‘s brother, Prince Carl Philip and his wife, Princess Sofia, revealed they had tested positive for the virus.

The Royal Court announced the news on Facebook, revealing that Victoria and Daniel are now in “quarantine after the Crown Princess exhibited cold symptoms. Today, the Crown Princess couple has been found infected by covid-19.”

The statement adds that they are quarantining with their two young children, Princess Estelle, 9, and Prince Oscar, 5.

As previously reported, Sweden is a country that hasn’t enforced the wear a mask rule to slow the spread of coronavirus.

The country’s Public Health Agency made an announcement that says there is no need for members of the public to use face masks when in public spaces such as buses or shops, however, some airports recommend the use of masks inside, and train operators provide face masks to all passengers and recommends their use during travel.
