Stars Who Regret Their Roles in Movies & TV

Not every actor likes to see themselves on the big screen – but some don’t even like to remember that they participated in a production altogether.

Over the years, many different stars have revealed in various magazine interviews and through assorted podcast and TV appearances that they don’t always love the movie and TV roles they took on in the past…even if the roles might be some of their most iconic and memorable works to date.

Sometimes, the stars have doubts about their performance. Or, they had poor experiences with their co-stars or directors. And in other cases, they just decided that the script wasn’t all that good looking back. In any case, they’ve all since come out and said they don’t necessarily love their appearances in certain films and TV shows.

Sally Field Is the Latest Celebrity Arrest at Jane Fonda's Fire Drill Fridays

Jane Fonda has been protesting on the steps of the U.S. Capitol every Friday and many stars have joined her… and the latest is Sally Field!

The actresses, who are both two-time Oscar winners, protested in support of clean energy on Friday (December 13) in Washington, D.C.

While Sally was one of the people arrested, Jane avoided arrest as she currently risks a 30 to 90-day jail sentence due to her arrests over the last 10 weeks. She plans on risking arrest again next week on the eve of her 82nd birthday.

Sally had a big smile on her face when she got led away from the steps of the U.S. Capitol with zip-tie cuffs on her wrists.

While explaining the protest, Jane said, “In a Just Transition to a clean energy economy, we need programs and policies that provide wage, benefits, pension and collective bargaining guarantees for workers and retirees who have devoted their entire lives to producing the fuel, electricity, and products responsible for sustaining America’s economic prosperity.”

Earlier in the week, Sally was one of the honorees at the Kennedy Center Honors.
