Sandra Bullock Owns This Amazing $8.5 Million Beachfront House, It Was Recently Discovered - Look Inside Now!

It was recently discovered that Sandra Bullock‘s real estate portfolio is even larger than anyone realized!

The Oscar-winning actress reportedly owns “no fewer than 17 properties scattered across the nation,” according to a recent story on real estate website Dirt.com.

It was discovered that Sandra purchased a beachfront home in Malibu for $8.5 million back in June 2018. The house is located in an exclusive neighborhood where there is plenty of security.

The 3,700-square-foot house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, balconies that hang over the beach, stainless appliances, and more. Two years later, she bought another oceanfront property in the same neighborhood for $5.3 million, just a few doors away from the other home. That home is much smaller with only 1,300 square feet of living space and two bedrooms/two bathrooms.

It’s not clear if Sandra uses the larger home for herself, but it was reported that the smaller home was put up for lease shortly after she bought it.
