The 39-year-old One Tree Hill actor posted a photo on social media featuring his 4-year-old daughter.

Chad posted the photo to his Instagram on Monday (March 29), showing himself giving his daughter a big hug.

“The snuggles are real,” he captioned the post.

“No better duty than #daddyduty. Love our family.”

Chad and his wife of six years, Sarah Roemer, also share a 5-year-old son. He was previously married to Sophia Bush from 2005 to 2006.

And his co-stars approve of the sweet family photo!

“This is my favorite picture of you ever!!!!!!” wrote Hilarie Burton.

The 38-year-old One Tree Hill actor had some fun in the sun with wife Sarah Roemer and their two kids (not pictured).

Chad and Sarah were seen snapping some selfies and sharing a lot of laughs while having a fun family day in Malibu. She posted one of the selfies on Instagram, which you can see below.

“Stealing a kiss on the beach. #Malibu #love 🌊😘 ☀️,” Sarah captioned the photo.

Chad Michael Murray is showing off his hot body while going shirtless at the beach for his birthday vacation!

The actor, who turned 38 on August 24, traveled to the Bahamas for a stay at Beaches Turks and Caicos with his family, including with Sarah Roemer and their kids.

The family enjoyed a week full of fun, sun and sand in their Key West oceanview two story, two bedroom butler suite.

“I am filled with so much gratitude and love. Thank you God 1st & foremost. I want to thank each and EVERY SINGLE ONE of you lovely humans for all the bday wishes & Love. All 1.4 Million of you😎 I love you all,” Chad wrote on Instagram on his birthday.

He added, “The best is yet to come. More movies, shows & stories to share together in the future. Thank you to my stunning wife @rooeemer for always making my life better & better. It’s more full, focused & my heart swells with joy because of you & our little kiddos. Bean & Podge- you nailed the birthday song! I LOVE YOU! Chad Michael Murray is opening up about how he prepped for his “dream job” of playing cult leader Edgar Evernever on Riverdale.

The 37-year-old One Tree Hill actor stopped by E! News‘ “Daily Pop” to chat about the CW series.

Here’s what he had to share:

On his cult role in Riverdale: “It’s a dream job, it’s on the list of whoa! … As an actor, [when asked], ‘Do you want to play a cult leader?’ the answer is always ‘yes.’”

On his wife, Sarah Roemer, pushing him to do Riverdale: “For me, the wife is the one that pushed me in this direction. She’s an avid Riverdale fan, and she said, ‘You’re doing it, and that’s the last we’re going to talk about it,’ and I’m so grateful I did.”

On his wife and kids going to Vancouver with him while he films Riverdale: “I’m a father because I want to be there, I want to witness these things, I want to see every cornerstone and every moment and be a part of shaping who they are, so I’ve loved every minute of it.”

The 37-year-old actor was on the show to promote his new role as Edgar Evernever on the hit The CW series Riverdale.

Chad made his debut on the most recent episode of the show after a ton of anticipation.

Later that day, Chad filmed an appearance on Busy Tonight, which will air later this week. He teased the interview in a post on his Instagram Stories.

Chad Michael Murray‘s wife Sarah Roemer is speaking out in response to the comments that the actor’s ex-wife Sophia Bush made about marrying him at a young age.

Chad and Sophia, who were co-stars on One Tree Hill, got married in 2005 and split months later. In an interview this week, she said “everybody’s been 22 and stupid. It was not a thing I actually really wanted to do.” She implied in the interview that the producers of the series encouraged the marriage.

Sarah, who met Chad on the set of their series Chosen, poked fun at the comments while sharing a meme on her Instagram account on Thursday (June 14).

“Wait a second… my producers also made me marry Chad Michael Murray!” the meme read. Sarah adding these hashtags: “Do it for the crew,” “I kid,” “I love my husband,” “Family man,” “I want to be Chad when I grow up,” “13 years later,” and “I wish peace and love for all.”

Chad‘s rep released a statement slamming the comments made by Sophia.

The 35-year-old former One Tree Hill actor was out for a casual meal at Marmalade Cafe.

Chad took to his Instagram account that day to rave about one of his favorite ice cream shops.

“Damn right it’s MOOTIME! @mootimecreamery My kind of 4th of July party… all flavors invited. As long as they play well with cookie dough 🍦 See- man with ice cream all over his shirt/face/hands😳,” Chad wrote.
