Dan + Shay are taking over the stage!

The country music duo, Shay Mooney and Dan Smyers, hit the stage for the one of the first performances of the night at the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Thursday night (May 27) at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

For their performance, Dan + Shay sang their latest hit single “Glad You Exist.”

While walking the red carpet earlier in the evening, Dan + Shay were totally shocked when they found out they won the award for Best Duo/Group of the Year!

The country music duo Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney celebrated their win while walking the red carpet at the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Thursday night (May 27) at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

Ahead of the show’s broadcast, it was announced that Dan + Shay had won the award Best Duo/Group of the Year.

“Are you kidding? What, no way,” Shay said as red carpet host Elvis Duran told them that they were winners.

“This is definitely a prank, are you serious?” Shay added. “I’m honestly completely in shock right now,” Dan exclaimed.

During the show, Dan + Shay are scheduled to hit the stage for a performance.

Dan + Shay are back on stage at the 2020 American Music Awards!

After picking up the award for Favorite Song – Country, the guys – Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney – returned to the stage for a performance during the show, which is airing on Sunday (November 22) and taking place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

For their performance, Dan + Shay serenaded viewers with a performance of their hit song “I Should Probably Go to Bed.”

Shortly after their performance, Dan + Shay returned to the stage again to accept the award for Collaboration of the Year, for their song “10,000 Hours” with Justin Bieber.

The guys, Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney took home the awards for Favorite Song – Country at the 2020 American Music Awards, which is airing on Sunday (November 22) and taking place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Dan + Shay won the award for their song “10,000 Hours” with Justin Bieber.

“There are so many great songs written in Nashville every day, we know that,” Shay said in their acceptance speech. “So the fact that you guys chose our song means the absolute world to us.”

Dan + Shay are also set to take the stage for a performance later in the show.

Justin Bieber and Dan + Shay were unable to make it to Nashville for the 2020 CMA Awards, though they still performed for the big event!

The singers appeared from the empty Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles to perform their song “10,000 Hours” at the event, which aired live on Wednesday (November 11).

The song was up for Single of the Year, Music Video of the Year, and Musical Event of the Year, though it didn’t win any of those awards. Dan + Shay did pick up the award for Vocal Duo of the Year though!

Justin and his wife Hailey have seemingly unfollowed someone from their life who has been involved in a big scandal.

Dan + Shay are winners!

Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney took home the away for Duo Video of the Year at the 2020 CMT Music Awards airing on Wednesday (October 21).

The guys won the award for their music video “I Should Probably Go To Bed.”

“Thank you CMT, thank you so much for being in our corners since day one,” Dan said. “You guys change our lives every single day.”

Shay added: “We would not be where we are without you guys.”

This is the third year in a row that Dan + Shay has won this category. They are also nominated this year for Video of the Year and Collaborative Video of the Year.

The 2020 CMT Music Awards is airing RIGHT NOW on CMT, MTV, MTV2, Logo, Paramount Network, Pop TV and TV Land.

Reese Witherspoon and Shay Mooney of the music group Dan & Shay look like they could become the next celeb BFFs!

It all started when Reese praised Kelsea Ballerini‘s performance at the ACM Awards on Twitter, writing, “You were INCREDIBLE!!”

Well, Shay saw the tweet and tweeted at Kelsea, “And you’re friends with @ReeseW
which makes you way cooler than me. That would be my genie wish 😂 @KelseaBallerini.”

Well, Reese saw the tweet and responded! “.@ShayMooney… let’s be friends! BBQ when quarantine ends?,” she posted.

So far, Shay has not responded to Reese‘s request so stay tuned for his response to Reese‘s invitation. We hope this actually comes true!
