Tara Reid Doesn't Think She Actually Left That Comment on Nicole Kidman's Instagram

Tara Reid doesn’t think that she was actually the one who left that viral comment on Nicole Kidman‘s Instagram account last weekend.

In case you missed it, a comment from the Sharknado actress’ account was left on Nicole‘s post about her HBO series The Undoing.

Tara, or someone using her account, praised the Oscar winner and then pitched a role in an upcoming movie that she’s producing. She wrote, “I would love for you to read it. Shoreline and Universal are doing it. It’s a franchise of 5 films. If you can follow me so I can tell you more. Kindly, Tara.”

In a new interview this week, Tara was asked about writing the comment.

“I don’t think I did,” Tara told the Access All Areas radio show (via Page Six). “Because I think I’m not the only one who controls my Instagram. So, there’s a couple of people [who] do it. Do you know what I mean?”

Tara was asked if Nicole responded to the comment and she said, “I haven’t read anything yet on private messages. So I don’t think so. So who knows?”

Tara Reid is one of the many celebs who loved Nicole Kidman in the HBO series The Undoing and now she wants to work with the Oscar-winning actress.

The 45-year-old American Pie and Sharknado actress left a comment on Nicole‘s Instagram account to pitch her a role in an upcoming movie she is producing.

“You are truly amazing in every thing you do. I’ve been a huge fan forever. Hopefully one day we can work together soon,” Tara wrote in the comment.

She continued, “I’m producing a movie Masha’s Mushroom it staring Vivica Fox, Billy Zane, Beverly Deangelo, myself Tara Reid, Sade, and others. it truly an amazing script. I would love for you to read it. Shoreline and Universal are doing it. It’s a franchise of 5 films. If you can follow me so I can tell you more. Kindly, Tara.”

Tara Reid's Rep Says She's Being Considered to Play Carole Baskin

Tara Reid is reportedly in the running to play Carole Baskin in an upcoming film adaptation of the Netflix documentary series Tiger King.

The 44-year-old actress is best known for her work in the American Pie movies and the Sharknado film series.

There are several Tiger King projects in the works and it’s not clear which one Tara is being considered for.

“We are in talks with the producers and she is being considered, that is all I can say at the moment as casting is on hold,” Philippe Ashfield, Reid’s manager and business partner, told The Post.

He added, “Tara loves Tiger King and found the documentary extremely interesting. She feels she could get into the character of Carole Baskin very well … and she has a similar look to [Baskin].”

Tara Reid is reacting to being confused for Tara Reade, the woman who has accused presidential candidate Joe Biden of sexually assaulting her back in 1993.

The 44-year-old Sharknado and American Pie actress says that she has been sent threatening tweets ever since Reade, 56, made her accusations about Biden.

“It’s so crazy. I looked at my Twitter and people were telling me ‘You’re a wrong, bad person!’ I was like, ‘You’ve lost your mind … it’s not me! You’ve got the wrong Tara!” she told Page Six. “I mean, c’mon … I’ve done a lot over the years, but not this … I don’t know Joe Biden … I’m not into politics at all. What is going on? The wrong person to bring into politics is me.”

Tara‘s rep says that she is planning a “comeback” and will use the momentum to go on a motivation speaking tour when the time is right.

Can you believe it’s been 20 YEARS since American Pie was released?!

The classic comedy film hit theaters on July 9, 1999, telling the story of four teenage boys who enter a pact to lose their virginity by prom night.

Stars Alyson Hannigan (Michelle Flaherty), Jason Biggs (Jim Levenstein), Tara Reid (Vicky Lathum), Chris Klein (Chris “Oz” Ostreicher), Seann William Scott (Steve Stifler), Natasha Lyonne (Jessica), and Eddie Kaye Thomas (Paul Finch) all reunited for a selfie that Alyson shared on Twitter on Tuesday (July 9).

“Happy 20th #americanpie !!! #AmericanPie20,” she captioned it.
